My husband and I went there today to get 2 new phones. Kevin was AMAZING in helping us to choose the right phones for our needs. He made what could be a nerve wracking visit to a FANTASTIC experience. He is super knowledgeable and friendly. Giovanni was also GREAT in providing information on new streaming advice etc. Also a Super friendly guy who knew his business. This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had in years. On 12/23, I upgraded my phone at this AT&T location and was told, very clearly, that I qualified for a 1-for-1 trade-in: my iPhone 14 Pro for a $1,099 credit toward an iPhone 17 Pro. The rep inspected my phone, confirmed eligibility, and checked with his manager. Both said I would receive the full credit. My receipt reflects this. When the new phone arrived, I went to an AT&T store in NYC to complete the trade-in and was told the credit would only be $830. Completely different from what I was told and what my receipt states. I called the Milford store to resolve it and spoke with Jim, who was dismissive, cut me off repeatedly, refused to escalate to a manager, wouldn't give his last name, and eventually hung up on me. We've been AT&T customers for over 20 years, and the combination of being misled and then treated so poorly when trying to fix it is unacceptable. This situation should never have happened, and AT&T should honor the trade-in credit that was promised and documented. read more

Dishonest Sales Practices I'm extremely disappointed with AT&T. When I went in to purchase a new phone, I was told one thing in-store -- but the reality was completely different once the bill came and the contract terms kicked in. They either mislead you or leave out important details that end up costing you more later. It feels like a bait-and-switch. I expected better transparency from such a large company. I wouldn't recommend AT&T based on my experience. read more

I'll start by saying that my experience at the AT&T store on the Post Road in Milford was great! I was having trouble transferring my number over to my new phone. I took it to Adam (store manager) and he went above and beyond to get my phone up and running properly. He even called customer service for me to make it happen. I'll go back there if I have any issues. read more

Negative stars would be needed here. Young employees who do NOT care about customer service. There is a terrible attitude starting with the new Manager. We have enjoyed the personnel from the past 10 years but the churn and turn of last two years has resulted in incompetent staff. Selling phones is the only agenda here - not helping customers with issues or questions. read more

I would give this store a Negative Star if possible. I have purchased multiple iPhones, iPads and plans from this location. Abraham Babous is absolutely the worst. My iPhone X stopped working (defective, will not turn on) 3 days after I purchased. Zero physical damage. Abraham will not honor the AT&T return / exchange policy. I wish I can give zero stars ... and I never write bad reviews ... I went here due to the fact that my phone had broke and I needed a replacement ASAP. So I walked in and was helped right away. Sat down and the person who was assisting me was the store manager that day. First I said that I was interested in the iPhone 12 but they said they were all out because of the new iPhone 13 that came out that day or the day prior ... so I was in a whatever mood because I just needed a phone. I did mention that I had insurance and maybe I should just go through insurance for new phone but he said it would take a while for new phone to come in with the shipping and apparently insurance was taken off from bill. I was confused as to why the insurance was taken off when I know we had a plan umbrella insurance under all phones when I was just in the same store a week or two prior for my husbands phone and they said there was insurance. So he pretty much told me I couldn't go through insurance because there was none. He went to the back and grabbed my phone and comes out with an Apple Watch as well which I NEVER asked for because I had one on my wrist already that was perfectly fine. He said that he can add the Apple Watch in with no charge , no monthly payment difference with my moms teachers discount applied. And I kept asking "there won't be any difference?" And he said no you will actually be paying $10 less ... so in my head I'm like "a new Apple Watch and new iPhone 13 ... no payment difference... sounds good but didn't make sense" I kept asking over and over again about the monthly statement and he kept assuring me there would be no difference .. he was the manager so of course I took his word. He then said that he has to change the phone plan to accommodate the teachers discount and to add the hotspot in ... So as he sets up the Apple Watch (which he took off the wrapper) I'm setting up my new phone with my Apple ID. He said if any problems I have 30 days to return the phone if I wanted the iPhone 12 instead. So with him saying that I thought it would be the same for the Watch. I go home about my day. I come back next 2 days because I just didn't like the black, it looked blue so I traded it in for the white. I made a joke about how I wish I had insurance for this but I didn't want to wait for it to come in the mail and he says that they now do insurance claims in store and I could have gotten the phone the same day!!! I was mad at the time but I got a new phone with better camera. He lied about that mail insurance. Days pass and I still don't activate my Apple Watch because I just didn't need it since I had one already so I was waiting to see my mom so I can give her my old one and I'll take the new one. Then my mom got an email about a different number that was on her statement and she asked if I added a number and I said no. So she asks me to go to att and I tried but I was busy during the week since the last time I was there , it was almost 2 hours. So my mom finally called and they told her that it was the number to the Apple Watch , that it's an added line and her plan was updated to accommodate this line. So the next day she goes to a different att to return Apple Watch and candle plan .. they said they can't return Apple Watch because it's been 15 days from day of purchase when apparently it was a 14 day return policy. She asked to speak to manager and they said they could return but will have to pay $55 restocking fee and $500 to cancel line ... they told her to go back to the att store where the Watch was purchased to wave the restocking fee . So the next day she did and back to Milford .. they were no help! Said they were very clear about the return date which they were not ! He said 30 days. And he never said anything about changing the plan to add the line. They didn't want to do anything about returning the Apple Watch and just said no . Straight up no. Then complained that there was no wrapper when he was the one who removed it !!!! So then my mom goes back to the other att to pay the $55 restocking fee and they said "sorry can't now, now it's been 2 past 14 days" when they were the ones that told us to go where we bought it !! We have been with att since they were Cingular ! And on top of it my mom checked the lines and I had insurance the whole time!!!! This guy lied to me just so I can get a new phone and not go through insurance. He made a quick commission check from the NEW iPhone 13 sale and Apple Watch. Time to drop it ! I have never seen such horrible customer service when I do customer service myself. They way they sneak people in purchasing things and they don't give you the rundown of what's really entailed. Let alone he never sent me an email of the paper work of the phone and Watch I just got that day. All I have is my receipt that I paid the taxes on ... this just put such a terrible taste in my mouth all because of a day or two late !!!! read more

Friendly Quick service. Had to pay my bill and a rep walked me to a machine where I can pay myself really easy to use.

The other reviews on here were pretty negative and dated so I thought I'd write a recent review based on my positive experience. I went to the store before noon on a Saturday and again Sunday 3pm. They weren't overcrowded and Richard was very professional and friendly. He assisted me in finding a decent no contract GO phone at a price within my budget after my iPhone 4 had been stolen and I wasn't due for an upgrade yet. The next day I returned the phone since most AT&T phones suck in comparison to an IPhone and ( the AT&T Align had a terribly nonresponsive touch screen and glare). I returned the phone less the stocking fee and as asked Richard re-activated an old 3GS phone I had available for use. I would go here again for AT&T service related concerns. read more

I have to agree with the previous reviewer. After splurging on a new Blackberry and paying a $75 early upgrade fee (and the $18 they tack on whenever you upgrade) PLUS the cost of the phone, I asked that insurance be added to my account. The guy who sold me the phone overlooked it. Flash forward THREE weeks when my phone was stolen and I call AT&T to request a new phone: They advise me that I don't have insurance. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this store. The WORST. read more

This store is great! I've visited many other cell phone stores while looking for service and the employees in the Milford ATT store are the friendliest and most knowledgable. They answered all my questions and didnt pressure me. I'd highly reccomend them to anyone. read more
