So, I went to this location as they opened their doors. They had only one worker on shift and definitely needed another worker because it was a steady stream of customers flowing in. Since the self-service machines was not reading my drive, I had to go to the counter for assistance. The young lady tried to work my order and also the next customer at the same time. Especially when I'm paying $30 additional for same day Rush service...focus on me and not multitask!!
