My phone was stolen and once I tracked it I found out that whoever did steal it tries to sell it to one of the guys who works there because apparently he buys stolen phones on the low. The guy admitted to knowing the person who tried to selling my stolen device and having his phone number but wouldn't give me any information because that is apparent "bad for his business" ... We brought my son's phone to have his shattered screen repaired. It looked great when it was done. But a couple hours later, a thick, black vertical stripe appeared down the center of the screen. We went back the next day and they charged us again to fix it, saying we had somehow damaged it, which was not true. I would not recommend this place. read more

I dropped my iphone 5c and cracked the corner of the screen and these guys replaced it no problem, with a 180 day warrantee. Literally at 182 days my screen gets all these color blotches on it. Planned obsolescence or what? Apple tells me it is going to stop functioning any day. I am definitely going elsewhere this time; screens that are treated well should last way longer than 6 months! My iphone 6 plus was fully functional but had the screen broken, i read the reviews and decided to drop off the phone to get it fixed. They said come back in 25 min and when i did the phone was fixed. However once i tried to use the touch Id on the phone it was not functional. I asked the Technician (Artem) what was wrong and he also didnt know. Since they have 2 locations at the same mall he called the other Technician which seems like the owner of both kiosks. Since he couldnt figure out the problem at his kiosk another guy that works for them came to guide me to the other kiosk where the owner actually fixes the phones. During this the whole experience was pleasant until i got to the second kiosk where the owner stays. Immediately when getting there he didn't even acknowledge me standing in front of him he did not make any eye contact and yelled " what do you want" i replied "i got my phone fixed by you guys and the touch ID is not working anymore do you know why?" He then stopped what he was doing, looked at me and said " you get what you paid for , you only paid for the screen to be fixed so what is your problem". This was the rudest experience i ever had with a location that serves people face to face. If my experience ended with the first two people who tried to help me i would give this place a 5 star but because of the asshole owner i will no longer come back to this place or advise anyone else to do so. All i was looking for was an answer as to why the button wasn't working . At no time did i say they broke it or they had to fix it. If they treated me with respect i would have probably even paid for the home button to get fixed with them but now they no longer have my business or anyone else's that i know. PS. After getting home i also realized that the screen has a spot that is extra bright. I dont know what it is but i paid for " a screen replacement " therefore at least the screen should not have issues. Ill bring it back since it is still under warranty and ill update my review upon the service. read more

This is the most pathetic service center I have ever seen in my life.. Staff here is so very rude especially the repair engineer sitting at Trumbull mall..and is so unfriendly.. I wanted my I phone 6 to be fixed and after keeping it for a week,they gave it back to me in the same position.. All this while when I called them, they only told me to wait.. After so many follow ups I got my phone back.. I guess they had botheration in replying to the questions of customers.. I would rate them with a zero star had there been an option for it. read more

Make sure you ask all the right questions. My daughter took her IPhone 5S there to get the cracked screen fixed. They were very kind and completed the work in the timeframe they stated. I was with her and asked questions about the warranty. They were very clear about water damage and cracked screen protection. Thirty days after my daughter got her phone repaired, she dropped it and the screen popped off. She took it back to them and they then told her that the cable is damaged and now the cost will be 70.00 to fix. After calling and speaking to the manager I did not get any comfort in his answer. I feel that the screen was not attached properly which caused the screen to pop off and tare the cable. He insisted it was attached properly. How many times this might have happened with kids that will not tell there parents. really, if its an APPLE product, take it and pay for the QUALITY of their repair man. Not these pop up repair places that charge you 20.00 less the Apple. My daughter learned her lesson. read more
