I was a bit shocked when I walked in. They were apparently remodeling an the place didn't not look quite finished. I was concerned that they had sold and the new management was changing things. All the sample phones are either mock ups or have dead batteries. I found out the issue was related to power and not really the stores issue. The employee told me they had to remodel since they had not updated the store for such a long time. In reality I go there for the staff. They are always very polite to me and the folks they are serving. They take the time to make sure you are completely satisfied before you leave. I have never been pressured or had my account reviewed to see what deals I was eligible for unless I was curious. I have run into more 'sales' than 'support' at other locations. My only issue is they have so few awesome folks. Each ones of them is 5 stars. They are so good they are always busy!

The "AT&T" store...

This is NOT an AT&T store, though it may appear as one. I called ahead and asked, specifically to avoid this waste of time... "Is this a regular store owned by AT&T?", to which my reply was "Yes". But, it is not. Not only do they NOT have the most up-to-date technology available... there was an absurd lack of customer service. I walked in and stood in the store for 5-10 minutes while the sales associate helped the couple at the counter. He did not once say "I'll be right with you" or even say "Hello". I walked right out and drove over to Verizon.

Staff here is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable, especially Rich. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone!

I visited the Ellisville store on 9/3/22 and that visit set off a series of events that did not get…read morefully resolved until 9/28/22. 9/3/22 Visited the store to order a new iPhone 14 and update our current rate plan. It's a business account we have 5 lines on. I was kept there an hour and 15 minutes. I left with a new plan, an order for the new phone, and a sim card for a 6th line they talked me into signing up for in order to "save money." They were going to use the 6th line to add a Hotspot to my phone which they could not do at the moment to my iPhone X. I was told to bring the sim and new phone into the store and they'd put it in then. No one has you review anything or gives you any paperwork. When I got home and read the email I saw I was sold a 128 GB phone instead of the 256 GB I asked for. 9/4/22 Spent countless hours on phone with customer care. Paid a visit to Chesterfield At+t store. Called Ellisville and explained the situation and was told by original employee to come in and he could fix the problem. No one was able to cancel this order. I had to wait until the following Friday and have the incorrect phone delivered and then return it. 9/9/22 Incorrect phone arrived and I returned it immediately. Spent another hour on the phone with customer care to explain why I was returning a phone I received 5 minutes ago and then even longer ordering the correct phone to be told I cannot order a new phone right now because my line has already been upgraded to the incorrect phone. 9/22/22 The incorrect phone still had not reached its final destination but I called customer care anyway and spoke to a lovely woman in the US that was able to bypass the system and order me the correct phone. 9/27/22 Received the correct phone and activated it. 9/28/22 Decided to visit the At+t store in Des Peres to deal with the sim card and the hotspot. Since Ellisville did such a terrible job on everything else I said I was told this 6th line was saving me money. Is that true? He said if it's not something you'll use it will save you $25 per month to cancel it. So there you have it. Ellisville sold me the wrong phone, oversold me on service I didn't want or need, and set me on a path where it took me 25 days to get a new cell phone and spend countless hours of my time to do so. I would not return.

Zach called me over, right after that, to help with a screen issue. He made me feel totally comfortable, didn't talk down to me, he just began trouble shootiing. Moments later he resolved the issue. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I fully went into the store expecting to buy a new phone, but instead he worked to resolve the issue. He could have made a sale on a new phone, but he took the time to troubleshoot and figure out what was causing my issue and provided a workaround. Thx so much, Zach
