Your web site in Arnold, MO is as hard to find as is getting expert help from your customer service people phones.

We were told about these, but told they had to be added, but never mentioned any charges for them. When I went back to the store, I kept getting the run around about why the lines were added, and kept being told "they are saving us money". Went to another store and was told this store is only a authorized dealer for AT&T, and they use different sales practices. Finally called AT&T Customer Service and was given credit back, and got the promo lines cancelled.

Sales guy told me it was mandatory and that I could cancel 17 month insurance after 14 days on my own. Called at after leaving site and they said that want true. Insurance is not required for phones. The att next plan is not required to get promotional pricing. I confronted the manager, and he said that he was an authorized retailer and could set his own store policies. I believe that is accurate. So find an official Att store to do business with and especially avoid this store. Manager was unapologetic, sarcastic, and was rude. Called and filled a complaint with ATT cooperate and also Prime communications, who is the owner of the authorized location. Do not use an authorized retailer

I explained that while I did not have Verizon insurance, I did have AppleCare+. She said she would check my account and later told me I had no insurance. Because my phone was broken, I couldn't verify this myself and relied on her guidance. She advised that my best option was to upgrade due to a promotion. I asked about keeping my iPhone 15 Pro, but she said they did not carry it in-store and that the pricing would be the same since I was uninsured. Trusting her as the agent, I agreed. Once home, I discovered my phone was in fact covered under AppleCare+. The store was closed, and the next morning I called over 14 times before finally reaching someone that afternoon. The store has no voicemail, making it difficult to get assistance. When Josh answered, he was dismissive and unhelpful. I explained that Apple instructed me to retrieve my phone so they could process the replacement and possibly issue a partial credit through Verizon. Josh told me the phone had already been sent off, though Verizon later confirmed they could not see any record of this. I went to the store that evening, and Josh was more professional and said he would pass my information to Tabitha. When Tabitha called the next day, she claimed I told her I "don't believe in insurance," which is completely untrue. If that were the case, she would not have paused to look up my insurance. I also reminded her that she had offered to let me keep the phone because she believed I'd been in a car accident and that my auto insurance might cover it. So, when Josh told me the day before that they couldn't give me phone to me even if they had it appears to be a lie. I explained that I now had to pay $650, a $40 activation fee, and a higher monthly bill, when technically I didn't have to pay costs I wouldn't had to pay anything because my AppleCare+ coverage. I asked if any credit could be offered, even a partial one. She responded that she was not a customer service rep, but a sales rep. This statement made me feel swindled and deceived.

We decided I will trade my phone for the smaller model they had (benefit to them) once I got home I saw that I was given an older model iphone after I was specifically told that it was the same iphone as mine. Went back, had to fight tooth and nail to get my original back WITH THE OLED SCREEN I PAID FOR. Finally got it done. Notice a black spot on the screen, thought it was apart of the update until I noticed it spreading and distorting images. Messaged the owner sam about it, his worker told me it was called pixel burn. They tried to tell me it's from pressure being on the phone. Well, I have had this iphone well taken care of before I let you crooks touch it. My screen is also separating from the phone now because they did not put all my screws back in place. I should have paid my phone company the money to fix it. He even tried to give me the screen off of one of his worker's phone. They will talk to each other in their language to talk around you, watch them. I thought they were good people, nope.
