Dr. Fixit replaced the battery in my IPhone 6s for a very reasonable cost and in a very timely manner. He is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Fixit did a great job. The parking lot is a little odd now with QT right next door, but I found a spot close to the entrance, and it was not a big deal. I was greeted promptly on entry, and I explained what I needed. Kobee was helpful and since they didn't have an exact match in the LED I wanted he indicated I could return or exchange. I was being nosy and asked if this store was associated with the one on Watson. He said his store was a corporate store and the Watson store was a Franchise. Either way, both stores were bright and clean, very helpful employees and had lots of other items beyond batteries, I guess that is the plus!
