The gentleman behind the counter was professional and they obviously have been doing this for a long time. My phone screen was toast and I needed to get some info off of it. He offered to let me use a screen for $50 and get all my info off to my new phone and then he would just put the broken screen back. Considering the cost of a new screen is 300, this was good news. I spent a good hour or more trying to get some encrypted info off my phone. I needed to do more research but the technician was with me all the way. He gave me time to do what I needed to do and helped me troubleshoot what I needed to with no stress or pushiness which made a stressful situation a lot less hectic. I knew fixing my phone would be expensive as phones are crazy expensive these days so it is just the way things are. TLDR Price might hurt, as tech is expensive, but your device will be fixed by a professional with a good attitude. If you have to spend it, come here.

I chickened out & got new, but they offer both. The bad is they only sell the battery & give you a credit for the core. That means- bring in the old truck, van or car battery for an exchange OR tools to replace it yourself. (They do not lend tools either) They only sale car batteries.

They are an outlet for a Manufacturer (Deka) of lead acid batteries. When you buy there you know what you're getting, a new factory battery, not one that's been sitting on a shelf at a discount tire store for 2 or 3 years! When a battery gets 6-months old, they recharge it. If it still doesn't sell, and gets to be one year old, they re-charge it again, mark it "BLEM" and then sell it for less than half price. Those are the ones that I try to buy for my collector cars. I usually get 4 or 5 years out of one. Their service is excellent, they will put a battery in for you if you have the vehicle with you. Their selection is virtually unlimited in that they have batteries for fork lifts, motorcycles, boats, deep cycle, you name it! You should bring a core with you, but it doesn't have to be the battery that you're replacing.

I thought I might have to buy a whole new AirTag, but after looking it up, I found out I could get 2 replacement batteries for around $21. I walked into Battery Outfitters, handed them the AirTags, and they took care of everything for me. They replaced the batteries, got everything switched over, and I was in and out in less than five minutes! I've been here before for similar items and battery replacements, and they are always incredibly quick, helpful, and seem to have exactly what I need in stock. I really appreciate being able to walk in, get what I need taken care of without any hassle, and be on my way. Highly recommend Battery Outfitters!

Some Googling led to me the conclusion that these could be resolved with a little time and a few products from an auto parts store. This was my first visit to any auto parts store. The merchandise was well-organized. Signs above the aisles. Tidy, too. I didn't have to dodge boxes as I walked around. The employees were present and I think would have helped me find what I needed had I asked, but they also gave me space to find it myself. I probably was in and out in under 5 minutes. Prices were the same as a big online store that I'm not shopping much these days. The small line for the checkout had various candy and snacks. I'll probably go here instead of online or elsewhere to shop car stuff like wiper blades and filters. I'd like to see the selection.

I know some people walk around w cracked screens forever but since this is my only phone, I was pretty paranoid that it would get worse & totally crap out on me- I called the other day, I was quoted an extremely reasonable price($25-$50 less than anywhere else). I ran over this morning and Joe was there, he fixed it in less than 20 mins and provided me with a new screen protector too-I wouldn't hesitate to return if this ever happens again and I totally recommend this business to anyone who needs a fair price & excellent, friendly service! Thanks Joe, you're the best! (addendum) I wanted to add to this that I just read the 10 reviews that are not recommended, and I can't see why not! They are all 5-star and a few are pretty detailed. I recommend that if you're not convinced that this biz is where to go for super fast, friendly and reasonable- please read those reviews too!

And now I have to replace the entire fan because the work he did completely ruined it. I am now paying like triple to fix what he damaged. When I called back to get a partial refund I was just met with a condescending attitude and was told everything he did was just his opinion. Well in my opinion when you run a business, the work you provide is no longer an opinion. I'm paying for a service that I did not only not get fixed BUT had to go somewhere else to fix it. I paid 75$ for temu stickers to be placed in my laptop and to have missing parts when it was given back. I was only given 25$ of my 75$ back.
