I went there in November of 2024 and they said they are not a corporate store and don't follow corporate store rules, so I had to pay roughly $22.50 for a watch battery replacement. I just went to my local Batteries Plus Store on Sunday, October 5th, 2025 to replace the same battery again. The Store in Frisco Texas did replace the battery under the Batteries Plus warranty.

I was told I would get a call back when my phone was ready so I waited in the parking lot. Never received a call and I saw the tech drive off. I went inside to get my phone and they had the wrong screen on my phone. I went back to the store the next day because the correct screen had to be ordered. When I picked my phone up the screen was glitching badly and the touchscreen wasn't functioning. The tech worked on my phone again. Now my phone doesn't hold a charge and I have to constantly charge my phone. Whereas before I could go at least a day or two without having to to charge my phone. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this store.

It started to fail after about 21 months, getting weaker and discharging several times. At least I was prepared. My mechanic tested the battery for voltage and voltage loss, as well as for cranking power. The alternator and serpentine belt were good. He believed it was bad and recommended I return it. Pulled the battery and took it to Interstate. They tested it and found it was no good. They cheerfully gave me a brand new one (now 72 month instead of 75), no money needed and not pro-rated as within 30 months. Warranty starts over again! Wow! I have installed Interstate batteries in all of my vehicles for years. This is the first time I have had any problems, and this is minor. I will continue to buy and recommend them. John Q

I drove there and was quickly acknowledged and we went to the car. The answer was yes, I was shown my choices and purchased them and the wonderful gentlemen went with me back to the car and wrangled both old ones out and inserted the new ones. I am so appreciative of the people at this store. I've gotten great advice several times and each worker has been wonderful. I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of at this store like some other places
