Their first screen stopped working when my daughter woke up, first thing in the morning. The second time their screen stopped working, she was at the store and she had the phone in her pocket. Neither time did the screens break, they just stopped working. This place uses used parts, not new. I took the phone up to U Break, I Fix and the technician said that there was no damage to the phone. What they found was that the screen was fine, but Sam's used a tar to hold the screen in place instead of the correct type of glue and the tar interfered with the electrical connections. Unbelievable at what liars these people are. Notice how they blame the customer every time they get a bad review. They don't accept any responsibility for their mistakes. He gave me an estimate which it ended up costing exactly what he said. I visited the store one evening about 5:30. Service was quick - 30 minutes. The reason I am not giving them a 5 is because he asked me for the screen unlock code- which I didn't like. My response was that no one has ever asked me for that when they have worked on my phone. He gave cryptic response of they had to have it in order to program the battery to my phone. I went ahead and gave it to him against my better judgment. When I returned 30 min later a young man was behind the counter and finished my transaction. He was very nice. So quick service and phone is working fine but they should be able to perform service in view of customer to assure us that they are not data mining.

I shared with her that I needed a new headlight since my passenger side headlight was out. She was quick to offer her assistance and asked me a few questions to make sure she would pick the correct light(s). She did ask if I was interested in replacing both lights and I was like, sure! She is right, it makes sense to do them at the same time. She offered a few different options and I basically trusted her opinion and went with the lights she selected. After paying, she was even kind enough to help install the lights for me! THANK YOU! Miranda was sharing lots of fun stories with me and was very fun to talk with. She made the experience more enjoyable than I ever thought it would be to visit an auto parts store; thanks! I will definitely keep this location in mind whenever I need additional auto parts. Long story short, nothing worked and I couldn't get into Apple for a week. I couldn't wait a week! So I made another appointment at this store. Joe was the one who helped me the second time. I explained what had happened and that I had decided to just go ahead and get a new phone. He made the process super easy and fast. Unfortunately, that's where fast and easy ended. I won't go into detail, but I was there for three hours. There were a few big issues transferring everything from my old phone to the new one. Joe hung in there and figured it all out and got my new phone all ready to go. It was a long visit at the store, but it may be the best service I've ever received!

I jumped in the car and headed to EPC. I called back to confirm it was in fact the Turbo and it was. When I got there Carl had it ready and said he was able to sell it to me for $115. It was clearly used but when I took it back to my store and plugged it in (had to use a parallel cable instead of USB) it worked like a champ. EPC's price was less than 1/2 of anything I saw on the internet and I was able to get it immediately. It had been a while since I had been here but will certainly return next time I need something.
