My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled. My special thanks to Michael who was so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated and, best of all, my computer was up and running. What a great experience!

Dr. Fixit replaced the battery in my IPhone 6s for a very reasonable cost and in a very timely manner. He is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Fixit did a great job. The process was convenient and so easy! He also offered to recycle my old battery, so I didn't have to worry about it. My battery health is now 100%. I am rescinding my 5 star review…read more Last night, just months after we paid full price for a professional installation the loaded Asko dishwasher tipped out of the cabinet as not one single retaining bolts were installed. We found the bolts and the specialized retaining spaces in the owners manual bag. At least the installer did not discard them. After watching several Asko sponsored instructional videos online last evening I secured the dishwasher as the installation professional neglected to do. Seems like securely attaching the appliance would be a basic step.
