Suzanne worked one on one with me as we tried to find the perfect setting for a diamond necklace I wanted to create. She made sure that we got it right and that I loved it. I literally wear it every day. This was not a high price tag item by any stretch of the imagination, but she gave it just as much attention as if we were there buying a custom diamond ring. Then, when it came time for the diamond ring :) she worked with my boyfriend to create the most perfect ring and the best kept secret of my life. I was completely blown away by their design. I get compliments on this ring almost daily. AND it sparkles in the dark- so they might be magic. When we had to pick a wedding band to go with this perfect ring, she was super patient with me and again, we spent time researching and finding the absolute perfect band to compliment the ring. This woman ordered SO many samples for my review and she was just as particular as I was, trying to make sure it was just right. In the end, the ring is everything I dreamt it would be and then some! The whole Saettele crew is warm and personable, they became like family throughout this process. We had nothing but impeccable customer service and in return beautiful, high quality and timeless product in return. We can't wait to do business with them for many years to come.

Even he was super impressed (and won't admit it but I think regrets not buying local!). I love the small, family feel. This place is VERY fancy, but it doesn't matter what you walk up in, they treat you with respect. They were so helpful and even cleaned my engagement ring for free, and honestly, cleaner than the big box store ever has. My fiancé even said he will absolutely return to Clayton for everything else moving forward. I have a warranty on my engagement ring with the store he bought it from, but after a few years, I'll probably move my business over here and just pay out of pocket. It's worth it for the quality and swiftness that they offer! Highly recommend.

After they took a look and agreed with my inclination, they decided to simply make a completely new head for the setting.
