My wife and I went here to purchase new phones, and at first were happy with the results. But when we got the bill, we were being charged $174 for two "promo" lines that were added to the account. We were told about these, but told they had to be added, but never mentioned any charges for them. When I went back to the store, I kept getting the run around about why the lines were added, and kept being told "they are saving us money". Went to another store and was told this store is only a authorized dealer for AT&T, and they use different sales practices. Finally called AT&T Customer Service and was given credit back, and got the promo lines cancelled. read more

Store manager is a liar. Has his sales guys tell you things, like that it is store policy to require insurance for you to get promotional pricing on phones. Sales guy told me it was mandatory and that I could cancel 17 month insurance after 14 days on my own. Called at after leaving site and they said that want true. Insurance is not required for phones. The att next plan is not required to get promotional pricing. I confronted the manager, and he said that he was an authorized retailer and could set his own store policies. I believe that is accurate. So find an official Att store to do business with and especially avoid this store. Manager was unapologetic, sarcastic, and was rude. Called and filled a complaint with ATT cooperate and also Prime communications, who is the owner of the authorized location. Do not use an authorized retailer read more

Was told I get a "promotion" smart watch, all I had to do was pay the sales tax for the watch. Checked my bill and im being charged installments for the full price of the watch. Went to the store to ask why,and I was told they do not run any promotions for a free watch if you pay sales tax. I asked to return the watch then, and was denied because it was after 30 days, which is when my first bill came in. I was also told my bill would be 75 dollars a month. The first bill was 250 dollars. When I asked about that, they said those are fees for the phone and watch. I paid 200 dollars the day I got the phone and watch. So in total I was charged 450 dollars to activate a phone and a watch (that I only purchased because I was told I got the watch for the sales tax only) and now paying monthly for the watches full price and my bill In total was supposed to be 75 a month is now 100 dollars a month, with no way to return the watch. Absolute shady operation. Lied to about the promotion, the price, and mo they bill rate. Avoid this store if you can. read more

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go to the arnold att store. They are not an authorized dealer you will not get what you are sold and they will not help you clean up the mess they make. Salesman Daniel signed my mom up for a new cell, tablet, internet and streaming direct TV. He assured me the bill will be less than what she previously had. Bill was 300.00 new bill was 500.00. Went in for him to explain to me how that was possible. He said he didn't know and I needed to call customer service. I had already done that before I even walked in. Double charged for the tablet double charged for the TV. Daniel pretty much threw his hands up and said I don't know and walked away. Went to the fenton store to work with Jacob and Joe. Come to find out when he set up the TV he didn't do a migration. So basically he turned rhe TV on as a new line vs just merging the 2 together. So he gets his full commission on a "new" TV. He also did the exact same thing with my moms tablet. Double billed, new line and full commission. If you want your bill to be correct and actually get the promo you were told then don't go here!!! The district manager has also avoided our numerous calls and visits. Everyone we are told he's there he doesn't answer or dips out. read more

Placed an on line order on 11/6 at 1pm and didn't get an email until 11/8 at 1pm notifying me my order is available for pickup. If the items were in stock when I ordered them why did it take 48 hours to fill the request and I was given until 11/9 to pick it up by 7 or my order would be cancelled. I was going to send my 17 year old daughter and thought I would call to make sure there wouldn't be any issues. A person by the name of Roy (the manager) answered and I let him know that I was sending my daughter to pick up the order and could give her the credit card and my driver's license if needed. I had already forwarded her the email. Her phone is also on my account. Roy said unless I put my 17 year old on my account as an authorized user she could not pick the order up. I told him I'm not putting a 17 year old on my account and he hung up on me. I called the store back but he didn't answer. After 20 rings I called using my daughter's phone and guess what? Yes, Roy answered. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was it and proceeded to hang up on me again. I don't even know what more to say here? How could this be protecting me from fraud when I am proactively calling the store to authorize my daughter to pick up the order? She had the email I forwarded to her, her cell phone iis on the account, and she has the same last name and address as I do? This fraud protection is all for a cell phone case? Roy should not be representing AT&T and I'm so frustrated that i am being forced to write this. I can't imagine what Roy has done to other customers read more

Incompetence is all I can say. Stay away and use a corporate store. it's obvious they don't train employees here in tech or customer service. after 2 trips and 2 hours I was getting concerned that my phone was broke due to the inability to get it working and voice my opinion and was yelled at by the store manager in front of customers in the store! I was floored. I'm pretty sure that is not part of ATT training on how to handle customers who are upset their phone has been screwed up by the staff. His only answer was to call ATT tech support as they won't talk to him. Well, Manager Matt at ATT authorized retailer I'm gonna spread the word on the service and humiliation you gave me tonight. I'm gonna find out who your boss is because you wouldn't give it to me. Note to future customers----GO ELSE WHERE! Go to a corporate store. They are trained in Tech, Sales AND customer care. Not even worth one star. I went in to this store and spent half of my day off with the "manager" and another employee, Rick and Brian. My original motivation for going to this store was to lower my bill (as a long time and current cell phone and DirecTV customer). When it was all said and done, my cell phone plan had gone from an outdated 50BG plan to the top tier Unlimited Plan, I was getting a new DirecTV account AND would be able to swap my crappy satellite internet for an ATT Wireless box with 100GB of data. With these new plans, bundles and autopay/military discounts that were applied, I was going to be saving about $75.00 a month. Sounds great, right? Well, it would have been...Except for the fact that they set up a fraudulent DirecTV account that I was not eligible for, even though I was charged an activation fee. That fraudulent account caused my wireless internet box to never be delivered, even though I had paid sales tax on the purchase already. And now, I'm stuck with a more expensive cell phone plan that doesn't qualify for discounts alone and I can't switch back because my previous plan "doesn't exist" anymore. I spent an entire week calling the store asking for one or both of the employees (including the Manager) who originally helped me and they were perpetually off that day, on lunch, on break, helping multiple customers. Another employee hung up on me three times in a row. They stopped answering my calls unless I blocked my number. Nobody at the corporate numbers cares or wants to help, despite representatives of their company lying and deceiving customers and charging them money for products and services they never receive. It took me over 2 weeks to get someone to refund the money I had paid for the services and equipment I never received. Terrible store. Don't be fooled like I was. read more
