I was told it would take 48 hours to complete the repair. 9 weeks later I just got my iPad back. In that time they lost my device, tried to hand me someone else's iPad , and then lost it again. I had to go to the store 7 times and finally had to go through their back room myself to find the iPad by its serial number. Today I went in and they told me they had it fixed but needed 30 minutes more to finish it. I don't trust them so I stood there and watched him do the repair. Finally I got it back and the screen was non responsive. He took it apart again and got the screen to work. I told the owner (Ersan) about his terrible employees and he was very apologetic but now after seeing other reviews it's obvious this is a hack shop.
