They are not as cheap as the big boxes, but you pay for selection, expertise, and quality. Since they supply plumbers, they typically have better quality items. I said Im aware of that, you told me several times now. I wanted to give my card number as a deposit that I was serious about coming to pay for them IN CASH because I was working on Friday until 9pm. He said he'd mark the listing as pending until Monday. He messaged me later that night and said a different salesperson sold them and they were pending. He said first come first serve. Which said to me they still hadn't been paid for yet by the other person. I said I could come out on Saturday to pay for them in cash, and he said that the store was closed. Online it says by appointment, so why couldn't I make an appointment for Saturday to pay for the cabinets? He never marked them as pending online once I had committed to buying them. It wasn't until that night that the post got marked as pending. 6 hours after he promo them to me. Now I own a business and if someone wanted to use a credit card as a temporary hold for payment the following day, I'd have made that happen for them. I live in a Illinois, work late on Fridays but was willing to drive over the next morning to pay for them in full. He never communicated that 7 others were hustling the cabinets, he never asked anyone if I could put my cc down as a temporary hold to let you know I was serious about purchasing them. And he was a dick at the end, then blocked me because he knew he was in the wrong. I called first thing Monday morning to see if they were available and I was told they were still pending. Meaning STILL NOT PAID FOR. Total BS and a horrible way to run a business! Had it been a good experience I not only would have bought that kitchen cabinet set, but more than likely would have ending up using your company for 2 other kitchen remodels that we have going this year on other properties.

I asked if they were the wick burning or gel to make sure I got the correct product, and the employee said sorry all we have are gel. Upon closer inspection of the sterno boxes they said "wick chafing fuel" so I mentioned it. The employee then said they were not gel. All their flat-cap sternos are rusted, apparently because one burst open on the rest according to the employee. Not very reassuring... I asked if I could uncap one to see if the wick was correct and neither the employee or I could get the cap undone. I asked if he had any tools we could use. He went to the back said all the guys were out with tools and then left me in the aisle and headed back up front. Not the greatest customer service or knowledge on their part...

Great service, support and products!…read more We now have our second lawn mower from ARCO. We also have a leaf blower and weed trimmer. We purchased the first mower in 2009 and only just replaced it... it ran well and lasted 15+ years in much thanks to ARCO's winterizer service which, I now know that I should have winterizer it every year... I thought I had just missed last year... I hadn't taken it in for four years... ahem. Don't be like I used to be... do winterize your mower each off-season... commit to yourself to bring it in before Christmas. The first mower did not last longer than that due to an accident on a hillside that damaged it... I let it roll down the back yard hill and along the way it flipped and cracked the gas tank... ahem. Thankfully, the ARCO team was helpful; the first mower was really good and this new one, a 21-inch super recycler (it cuts each blade of grass many times) is AWESOME!! The new mower has much better wheels - thicker and better tread and they roll much more easily, and that is great. AND What really impresses me is the cutting. In spring, grass is always the thickest and we keep our grass tall, so when we cut there is usually a lot of clippings. I typically bag the grass but I did not use the bag this first cut. And I'm amazed... the grass is thick this week. The last time I cut, there were clumps of grass all around the yard, especially where I turned - this is not uncommon. This time - no clumps - this new dual blade makes many fine pieces of each blade of grass, and those small pieces apparently fall deep into the yard and serve to help strengthen the grass (per the Toro video on YouTube). I was also able to walk over the old clumps of last week's grass and they were shredded and disappeared, too - amazing! Thank you to the entire ARCO team, for the original sales and support and for this amazing new Toro 21" super recycler lawn mower!!
