They said that they changed their system and the cards don't work. When I asked what I could do they offered no solution. I was astounded that they sold my wife a gift card then refused to honor the card. To me that is plain and simple theft. If you're going to offer a discount do so , if you're gonna put an item on sale do so. The rebate thing ,is you trying to make me work for the discount and hoping I will be too annoyed or busy to do so. I would rather shop elsewhere than play the rebate game.
