Then person who said he would help took forever and was not talking to us after going to chat with another employee and then do something for another employee. This was after asking for help from an employee who did not know much and said he would be right back so we waited ten minutes and he never came back. What is management doing? Who is hiring and retaining these people with no work ethic and no customer service? Will not be back.
