They said that they changed their system and the cards don't work. When I asked what I could do they offered no solution. I was astounded that they sold my wife a gift card then refused to honor the card. To me that is plain and simple theft. I like to support the local independent hardware stores as much as possible, but I will never spend another dollar at Scheidt Hardware.

If you're going to offer a discount do so , if you're gonna put an item on sale do so.
