I called Schneider who told me that to replace the panel would cost about $150. So I told him thanks, but I would buy a new one then. He asked me some questions and said let's try to reboot it and reprogram it. IT WORKED! Not only did I not need a new microwave, but the technical support was free. I highly recommend you give them a call before throwing your possibly fixable appliance.

It is very solidly built (as evidenced by my dropping it several times over the time I have had it). About 7 years ago, it stopped working so I sent it in to RadTech on its lifetime warranty offer. RadTech checked it out, made some minor repairs to the board inside and returned it in a matter of days. They were very quick and courteous with the repair. Fast forward to now (2018) and the mouse stopped working again...not at all unexpected since it has received heavy, heavy usage by me over the 12+ years I have had it. Once again, I was able to take advantage of their lifetime warranty and returned it to them for adjustment and repair. This time, they decided to send me a brand new mouse presumably since I had had it for over 1 decade. Once again, they turned the order around very quickly and I without the mouse for a very short time. I have always been amazed at their offering a lifetime warranty on this product and even more amazed that a company actually follows through with their promise without trying to weasel their way out of their offer. RadTech has always come through for me with 100% flying colors. Their BT500 mouse is built solidly, and I have experienced, lasts forever. I was in shock and tried to tell the guy it was only $50 3 days earlier, he kept telling me he takes the bikes in and out every day and that it was never $50 bucks. I knew he was lying because the tag was brand new and the one I saw was old you could tell even the string was new. He said well lets see what the manager will do, if you have $50 he might take it. I was doubtful but went in with him. He went over and whispered into the guys ear (which tells me he was trying to hide something) and then said he wouldn't be able to do $50. The other guy then proceeded to ask how much I had on me. I was like that shouldn't matter when I saw this bike for $50, he then said he could do $150, I told him that was crazy for a bike in the condition that this thing was in and walked out, Pissed. I will not be going back to this dishonest place. I guess I will chalk that experience up to being naive and expecting everyone to be honest.

The local cable company was unable to provide consistent help after several visits, but a tech from Computer Solutions had a resolution in less than two hours. I subsequently had issues with my PC. A service company was called and after a couple of hours working on it, made no progress. I was charged for the service call, and told they would do some research on my problem. After a few weeks there were no answers. As a small business owner, an operable PC is vital. I called Computer Solutions at 9:00 on a Monday morning and had a representative on site by noon. My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled. My special thanks to Michael who was so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated and, best of all, my computer was up and running.
