I have a order that says it's ready to be picked up but I was trying to inquire about how long I had to pick it up. I called 10+ times, even tried different departments, and was hung up on EVERY SINGLE TIME. nobody ever answered the phone. Then when I went in to pick it up, they weren't even busy. read more

Target. Where you come in for one thing and leave with ten. I'm happy to say I stayed on course and went in only for what I needed. The store was clean organized and made my shopping experience very easy. It was well lit and employees were available for questions. My transaction was quick and easy. I visited the Target at 2341 N Highway 67, Florissant, MO 63033 yesterday to buy an over the counter cold/flu medication. It contains no alcohol or other controlled substance, but the cashier refused to sell me the product when I demured from provided the personal information she demanded. When I asked why she wanted the information she shrugged her shoulders and asked if I wanted the product or not. I told her I wanted it but there was no legitimate reason l for her to even ask for personal information, much less refuse to accept my money and give me the product. So, I left the store, drove 2 miles down Lindbergh to another retail store, then bought the same product with the same dosage for $2.00 less than Target's price. Sorry, Target, if you want any personal information from me you have to pay me cold hard cash for it. I am NOT a happy camper. read more

This is the 2nd time I've been to this Target and the FR was locked and unattended. I went to 3 different associates around the store who said they would send someone over. No one came. My daughter ended up just waiting for one of the 2 fr being used to be open. 3 other people were also waiting behind her. 3 other fr were locked and unoccupied. When I finally did find an associate in the clothing section she told me that they are always locked until 1p and then only 3 are unlocked and thats all people can use. Really? Btw 2 of the locked rooms were for the handicapped and nursing mothers. This has to be some kind of accessibility violation. read more

Love this Target, my wife and I are in here at least once a week sometimes two and three times. I heard a joke once "Walmart cause Target requires a shower" funny but mostly true. I think target has an awesome setup and great Target products. I don't know why people buy name brand when the store brand is 1/3 maybe 1/5 of the price. I recommend the red card because you get 5% off at the register, it is awesome. Also now w use the cart wheel app and save on average an additional 5-10% on things we already buy. read more

Needed help setting up a sim card for a new phone purchased onsite. The staff were very helpful in performing this task for me. THANKS!!!

Avoid this location if at all possible. Husband went to wrong location for drive up order. Totally on him. However, why would staff mark order as picked up and not cancelled? In trying to get a refund that makes a huge difference because with an order supposedly picked up, you would have to return the products that were not received. Spoke with a guest services representative about this exact concern. How would they know he arrived and such? Assured me they could look back and bring the items when he arrived for our second order that was ready. Guess what happened when second order was ready? The first is nowhere to be seen. Following calls are then ignored and when I reach someone from another department politely requesting to speak to the manager on the floor, I'm hung up on. I had to call corporate to get my refund and was basically told that I was correct that they cannot go back and fix such an issue so proper procedure is not marking orders as picked up when they are not. This isn't the first issue with this location, but this recent event means we will be making the drive to locations that can keep things straight and be accountable for issues on their part. read more

This is a good Target. Nothing out of the ordinary here. The number of lanes open during the middle of the day always seems to be lacking. The bathroom is always clean. Some helpful tips though: -there are always plenty of parking spots close to the door on the left side of the lot -use the Cartwheel app if you are buying Target brand items since they are always discount 5-10% -save your time and don't scan your items if they are not Target brand since they are rarely on the Cartwheel app (it will just suggest you buy the Target brand version in order to get the discount anyway) read more

This location was recently remodeled. It is still taking some time for me to get used to where things are, but it is very open and bright. The associates are always helpful. I don't shop here often to give a more in-depth review. It is a department store feel with the price. read more

Look, I'm not saying don't go to this Target. If you're in the area, like me, then you don't really have a choice. Generally this Target is pretty good. I love Target and probably spend anywhere between $500-1000 there monthly. Just checked and I spent $1100 this month at Target! This evening I had a bad experience. I was going to try and call to talk a manager but no one answered the phone. I tried calling 5 times and tried different department options (electronics, food and beverage, clothing, etc), including Guest Services (drive up) and no one answered. The phone rang and rang until the line disconnected each time. I tried calling to explain that 4 items were left off my drive up order. I drove all the way home and realized this. So, I wanted to give them a heads up that I was on my way back and of course, no one answered. I go in to guest services and you can tell they're short staffed and overwhelmed. I will say, the girl at the desk did the best she could in assisting me and made sure that I got my items (shoutout to her) but where is the manager? I didn't ask for a manager once I was inside because my needs were met in the moment and I didn't want the girl at guest services to be in trouble. But honestly this store is being poorly ran. I would have liked to speak with a manager for maybe an explanation or to get a better idea of what happened and an explanation as to why no one was answering the phone. The girl at the front desk mentioned that they have just hired a bunch of new people who had been messing up a bunch of drive up orders. Either way, having to drive back up to Target after thinking I picked up my entire order and had not just one but several items missing was frustrating and just an all around bad experience. I don't believe this is directly the manager's fault. The manager is working with the resources they were given. This was Target's fault. Do better and provide your manager with better people/resources. read more

Just tried to return a school backpack about eight weeks into the school year due to a broken zipper. The manager wouldn't take it back. I feel like school backpacks should last more than two months I don't appreciate their policy. read more

I don't know how this location has an overall 4 star rating. It has really gone downhill. Associates are unconcerned with customer service. They won't give you the time of day. They are more concerned with stocking and they ALWAYS seem to be stocking. Now they're doing a remodel and the entire place is torn up. Aisles and shelves are being moved and you can see the filth left behind on the floor. It's nasty. And most of the aisles are filled with boxes or empty. This was once a great Target store. Things were organized and tidy. Store was well stocked. Now things are often out of place and they are out of items. I have gone in twice recently to make a purchase. Item showed on app as available with an aisle location but wasn't available. read more

This location is becoming a regular for me. So far so good. Nice remodel. Staffing could be better.

On multiple occasions I have found items mispriced. They are mostly items that have been marked down or are on sale, but that's not the price that rings up at check-out. Then they have to call a manager, and you wait and wait - without anyone saying a word to you - then someone comes back and adjusts the price and still never says a word to you - like "I'm sorry you were inconvenienced!" And the pet food has been moved to the back of the store so take a cart with you so you don't have to carry that 32 lb. container of cat litter or 20 lb. bag of dog food all the way back to the front for checkout. Other stores kept the cat food up front down the first aisle of the store where it's a lot more convenient. Now I just buy all my pet food at the grocery store where it's the same price and sometimes even cheaper!!! read more

Went to get 10 2LT Diet caffeine free coke. They were on sale 5 for $5. They were out of stock. Went to get raincheck. Nobody at customer service counter. They came and looked up item on a pad. Told me I could not get a raincheck on this item. She was going to give me a list of Targets with stock. I told her to forget it and left. Wasted 45 minutes for nothing. read more

I can usually say that I love Target, but their policy is not customer friendly. I went in to exchange my television that I won from a raffle at my job and they were not willing to help with or without the receipt. My job purchased the television on 7/01/17 and I received the television on 8/10/17. When I got home on 8/10/17 I was unable to do anything with the television except see just the bottom right corner of the screen. I have explained this to multiple people, that is including managers in store, corporate and of course the team members of Target, but no one will help or assist. This is the 1st time that I have ever experienced anything bad from Target but this is not GREAT customer Service or experience. When I went into the store the 1st time to try an exchange the television they treated me as if I was stealing with security at customer service all because I was trying to exchange, not "return" but EXCHANGE the television. I am now with a television that I cannot use due to Target not wanting to provide EXCELLENT customer service. I guess I am not allowed to purchase any gifts for Christmas or Birthdays when I see things on sale if someone will not be able to return it within the policies grace period. Walmart may not be as calm as Target but they will help and assist to get your issues resolved. read more

Target is the worst place to ever work. They treat their employees like dog poop...They tell us they don't have the hours to give out so they give you 12,16 to some hours a week after cutting our hours. Gave giving us a 1 dollar raise that was rightfully ours in the first place they took a dollar and when reviews came up that following year and gave it back calling it a raise. when we came in at four am we had that extra dollar, we didn't get no raise! They took something and gave it back and called it a raise. No hours but then same day hire new people with more hours than the people that's been there. They tell you family first(bs), they'll work with your schedule if needed (bs) I was told they didn't have too that this is my primary job and she didn't care about my other job. I beg for hours on a daily, I was a very happy person working there when first hired, it was great hours at first. They tell you open you availability and I did still no hours. Learn new departments and I did and still no hours for those who brake and bends over backwards for them. Just when your fed up they'll say it's your this and that when you've been patient to the max because they always say things will change when Christmas comes and nope it didn't or when summer comes. I learned today that they don't want us over 29 hours so we can't get any benefits they only people that they can give that to is G.s.a, L.o.d and any team lead. We reg. team members can't. We have team members taking out their 401K just to make it. We have employee that's been their for years and years loosing homes because they cut our hours so much. We have families and friendships dying because of how were being treated. My kids father makes more than me on unemployment my Daughter makes more at McDonalds making minimum wages and that sucks. If you call off they'll slam the phone in your ear and make you feel like crap for calling off when you have a sever stomach virus or a death in your family. No sympathy at all. They make you work in the dark because they have to save money. If it's hot or cold they can't help you nor a guest. We have pregnant people about to pass out and plenty guest has told me about how hot or cold it was can we please do something about it. I went to my l.o.d that day and she told me it felt good to her so I guess she didn't care I told her everybody has different temps not everyone is the same. read more
