    The wait time in the checkout lanes are ridiculous since they have limited cashiers and none of the self checkout lanes are open.

We first met Dave our salesman, while browsing and thought we found the right sectional within a short time of looking and sitting on multiple pieces. Dave suggested that we could have a designer come to our home and help us by creating a 3-dimensional layout of our great room to be certain that the sofa would fit properly as well as help with other decorative insights. Danielle came to our home within a few days, measured everything, knew all about this sofa, answered all of our questions and concerns, told us about their incredible protection plan and discussed prices for each sectional option. We followed up with her a few days later when she showed us multiple angles of our room with a 3-D created version of how the sofa would look with our current room furniture. There was never any pressure to buy it. We did some additional shopping online at "high end" nationally recognized furniture stores and in some local furniture stores to see if any other better options were available to us as well as cost comparing and then, were totally convinced that the sectional at Carol House was the best choice for ALL the right reasons. We also met the store manager, Chris, who answered additional questions we had. He was so nice too. A follow-up review will be written once they deliver our custom sectional in 10 weeks. Stay tuned. Well I have nothing but time to tell the world just how half/ass your customer service is. Might want to hire fifth graders- they might be able to get it right. I know they could have walked my check to my house in three months time. Hell I could have walked to get it in that period of time - as it appears you just can't get it RIGHT. Can't mail Can't direct deposit can't find important documents - why are you even open.

We have been on the search for a bed for about six months now, and have not found anything that worked for both of us, but wouldn't break the bank. Prior to this we bought a mattress from Mattress Firm for well over $2k and it sucked. It sunk within 2 months and we had to fight them tooth and nail to replace it, and they finally did - WITH THE SAME BED, which did the same thing. Before buying this bed we hadn't had a decent nights sleep in almost two years... very exhausting and aggravating. Firstly the store is something out of my dreams, it has every piece of furniture your could hope for (classy furniture even), for a super affordable price. I spied about 3 other things I will be back to buy after we move! Two weeks prior to our visit we bought an Italian leather couch from Ashley's and paid almost 2k for it (dual recliner with cup holder/electronic device port) and I wish that we would have found this place first. It had a couch that looked almost the exact same for 1/3 the price! Granted not as many bells and whistles but too good a price to beat for essentially the same product. Anyhow, I digress - back to the bed. Due to our shotty bed my fiance (at time of purchase) had severe back problems from sinking so badly. He went in expecting to be disappointed (he can be hard to please), but the sales men/women were super attentive and accommodating. We tried the same 5 beds probably 50 different times and no one heckled us to make a decision. Finally we decided on a bed and they promptly strapped it onto the roof of my Kia Soul and off we went! The store GM addressed our worries regarding the warranty and assured us that if the bed did start to sink, we may return it for a DIFFERENT bed (our big concern, considering the last place would only replace with the same crappy product). After all was said and done we walked out with a king sized mattress, box spring, and mattress cover for under $700. We have slept like babies every night since we bought it. Five stars for staff helpfulness, product options, product quality, and easiness of purchase. Would definitely recommend to a friend, and we WILL be back!

    If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would. This company is a scam…read more I ordered nearly $11,000.00 worth of cabinets from them. Months later, I inspect them and find nearly 75% of them to be damaged or defective in quality, fit, and craftsmanship. Cabinets were split, cracked, leaning of kilter, separated, uneven, scratched, dinged, missing paint, and everything else you could imagine. It looked like a drunk sailor assembled these. They tried to deny my warranty claim and said it was the shipping company's fault for the damage. They also tried to deny my claim because I didn't let them know within 30 days, even though this was a lifetime warranty issue. We argued back and forth and they finally sent me a shipment of replacement parts. Yes, PARTS. Not new cabinets, just bits and pieces of cabinets that I would have to swap myself. The new order came with tons of boxes. I inspected the new shipment and found nearly every item to be defective. Scratches, dents, dings, missing paint, corners not properly rounded, edges not straight. You name it. We went rounds again and they sent a new shipment. This time they claimed they would be inspected thoroughly before being shipped out. I waited months again until the replacements came. Again, they were in miserable condition. I found multiple flaws on every single piece. Dust and contaminants under the paint, scratches, missing paint, dings, uneven coating. The quality of these cabinets is a joke. I said I wanted a refund and to give their cabinets back. They refused and offered me $400.00 to keep them and not send replacements parts. I'm furious at this point. I refused that offer and they offered me $2000.00 to keep them and not ship replacements. I refused that too. I am now in the process of retaining an attorney and filing suit against them for my warranty issues! Please do not give your money to this company. I sacrificed to pay cash for these cabinets that were advertised as beautiful quality, but they are a scam. I have pictures documented to prove all of this and will take them to court. Save your money. Go to a reputable company other than the Home Depot.

    We bought a cage ceiling fan that I loved in 2020. The fan blades portion is like a pedestal fan,…read morenot like the typical ceiling fan blades. It wasn't cheap and I would have expected it to last. While it does have a lifetime motor warranty, the components are only covered for 2 years. Fast forward to earlier this week, the fan blades split in half, turned a bulb to shards and damaged the wall. Don't bother calling the company, the blade isn't offered as a replacement part, I was told to go buy a new fan. I did notice newer versions are caged in on the sides now. They warranty the motor for life but you can't replace the $12 blade? Go buy a new one? Plus the possibility for potential injury. I did figure out a blade from a pedestal fan will fit and will be installing chicken wire around the sides, which will fit in fine with my old farmhouse.
