Friendly staff that's well educated with T-Mobile products. Usually only 2 people working which can be a delay at times but they take their time with each customer and never rush, which is a good thing. They have a lot of accessories at the store but mainly for the newer models. My phone is 1 year old and I have to order what I need online but not a big deal since that wasn't the reason for my visit. read more

Have visited this store multiple times and always leave with answers to my questions. Most recent trip in was on 07/12/2025. Amer and Zach were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Another couple came in as I was leaving and I heard them say to Amer, "You are right, we checked another provider, and you gave us the best deal." Be ready to pay $500 to cancel family plans in additional hidden fees and ghost extra lines that were never used or known to us. They are very vindictive when you leave the service and we were warned by the UPS store when we returned devices that they would "accidentally lose" our returned items and we would be charged no matter what, but sure enough we were charged for unreturned items. read more

I am SO SORRY that I can NOT give it "ZERO" stars. But, here it goes. Early in 2025, I went in to get my T-Mobile Samsung Phone repaired. They said they could not fix it & told me I should buy a new one. (LIARS). While I was waiting to find out IF they could fix my phone, I got into a religious discussion with a member of a false religion & her husband. The man in charge of the store told me to leave. Which I did. I am not aware that my rights (free speech) to combat lies spread by these adherents to this false religion END when I am on private property. No signs were posted. HOWEVER, this is NOT the 1st time this store has tried to upsell me on a new phone. Twice before. So, I just went to the T-Mobile company store in Ellisville & the staff FIXED my phone FOR NO CHARGE. T-Mobile may have sold that store in Ellisville because the last time I went there, about 2 months ago, the workers had no clues & the good staff the store had were gone, gone, gone. This is sad for T-Mobile customers. My elderly friend had a bad experience with a T-Mobile store in Maryland Heights. He was Upsold on internet, only for us to find internet isn't even available in his area. Then made the process extremely difficult to refund, still haven't even been fully refunded. Mark, store manager, said he would get it taken care of and nothing has changed and it's been well over a month. So, I sent him to Ellisville last year & the Ellisville store settled it. But do NOT go to the Manchester or Ellisville or Maryland Heights stores. Privately owned stores SUCK YOU MONEY & TIME from you. read more

2 Problems Here: 1. Multiple employees told me I could upgrade my phone. I made the preparations to do so all evening yesterday. I came back in today to do so and after 20 minutes was told I actually cannot. Why did they take 20 minutes and 3 people to learn this? 2. I've been a long time sprint customer with multiple lines on my plan. Previously if you had other lines with upgrades you could use those upgrades to upgrade any of the other lines that did not have an upgrade available. T-Mobile has done away with this capability. I'm liking T-Mobile less and less each time I enter a store. read more

Have had three phones on sprint for number of years. My pixel 1 phone was damaged and I bought a new pixel 4a from Amazon and went the the Manchester, Mo. store to have it activated. Sales rep. Mark attempted to activate in Sprint system and told me it couldn't be activated. He said if we transitioned our account to T mobile he could then activate. He then told me he couldn't transfer if a balance was still owed on the phone my son leased several months ago. He said if I paid the phone off, then he could do the transfer. I paid the payoff amount of $610 and he said that he would have to deactivate the phones and the new SIM cards would have to be put in each phone. He also need the IMEI number for other two phones, so I agreed to come back the next evening. The next evening I returned with the IMEI numbers and Mark said the other sales rep was using the sprint iPad needed to transition another customers three phones. I sat and waited. Apparently there are 4 sprint iPads in the store but they all had dead batteries. I waited for 45 minutes, while Mark waited on other customers. It appeared that none of the 3 dead iPads were charging. I then asked Mark to call the Ellisville, Mo. store to see if they could help me. He reluctantly found the number and called the store and I drove to that store. Kindra and Taylor helped me at the Ellisville, Mo. store and after explaining what had happened at the other store they told me that 1). I didn't have to be transitioned from the Sprint account to TMobile to activate the new phone and 2) I had not needed to pay off the leased phone in order to activate the new phone. So I spent $610 that wasn't needed, and my son drove 50 miles to wait for a new SIM card that wasn't needed. Kindra and Taylor knew how to work through the activation of the new phone and adjusted our account and gave me information on getting the military discount. I would advise customers in west St. Louis county to go to the Ellisville store and avoid the Manchester store. read more

Hi. This is Wednesday, June 3. Came in there tonight shortly after 7:00 pm. I was sad. My dear phone, so young and useful had frozen as if it had died. Black screen. Phone felt very hot. Thought for sure it was doomed. 0ne of the 2 " masked men". Immediately recognized me as a substitute teacher from 13 plus years ago. ! And I am even a sort of blond person now! Mark Parchmont (spelling) was a student at a school I worked at almost daily. He was a always so engaging and respectful and friendly. I am happy to say that he is still just the same. Wouldn't even call me by my first name which I encouraged him to do. He said " no I still use your last name out of respect". Ben was Mark's co worker. both were equally efficient and kind and helpful. Ben performed some magic on my ailing iPhone, and it is now in working order. I can't thank them enough! The person at the this store told me it was not eligible for a trade and there was nothing he could do, spent two hours at the AT&T store in line to find out it was fine. Very deceptive and unethical sales practices - sold my disabled senior citizen friend a $600 phone when he asked for the simplest phone to use - sold him a phone impossible to figure out and when he went back (several times) in just blew him off as an old person. No matter how bad you think your network is, it is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE that it's anywhere near as bad as T-Mobile's network! It's 2019 and I'm still struggling with dropped phone calls. I'm not even talking about using the internet, I can't even complete phone calls. And before you even ask, I live in the St Louis suburbs. It's not like I live out in the middle of nowhere. The fact that T-Mobile has been able to make such an absurd amount of money, while farting out such an awful product is absolutely embarrassing. This store has the worst customer service of anyplace I have ever done business. They lied about the coverage T-Mobile has at my home. They showed me a map and after I bought the service and it would not work I went online to see the map for myself. The sales rep had not zoomed in to my street all the way and I saw just how he deceived me. They made me go through customer service to get a booster that only helped marginally. I went back to the store to get help and they refused telling me to call customer service again. Lately the service is worse than ever. Last week I called customer service again and they said they would look into it. Today even worse yet. I was disconnected 5 different times trying to work something out with customer service. One year of complete frustration - legal proceedings may be my only option. read more

WARNING - DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! I came into the store twice this past month trying to take care of an issue with returning a Cell Spot that did not work out for me. The store manager, Ashley, had informed me that there is nothing they could do to help me. After speaking with customer care several times, they came up with an alternative solution. Ashley and her team lacks customer service. They could care less about their customers and trying to do the right thing. The first time I came in last month, they would not solve my issue, but tried to sell me more products and upgrade my current plans. The store staff is super friendly and helpful. If they happen to own the phone that you're buying/looking for then they are more than happy to whip it out and show you all the neat features on it. The store is in a convenient location and you can pay your bill and get all the info you need on their services. I love T-mobile and they always have great, consistent customer service over the phone and in person.
