The next day we had an issue with a portion of transfer which I needed help with. They were very helpful and spent a lot of time with me. Bottom line is that I engaged 3 different store employees during this transaction. All were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend ABC Wireless

The staff was really helpful with this whole process - they even printed off multiple plans so we could easily compare options and pick what was best for us. We were able to walk out with a new phone, a new phone plan, and a discount because I'm a nurse all in under an hour. It felt like they went out of their way to make sure we were getting the best deal possible which we so appreciated!

She was incredibly rude when I went back in to discuss the issues we were having and then had the nerve to blame it on me. The other associates in store were no better and didn't offer to help. The Verizon customer service representative told me the store was wrong and gave us bad information. To make matters worse, we can't get off this plan for a month even though it has been cancelled. Stay away from this store and don't sign up for any of their streaming services.

When i signed up for t-mobile online I found they had charged me over 200$ for items i could have easily bought online for half that. What I dont understand is I was already going to switch there was no need to lie to us. But they did it anyway. When I called and talked to the manager he told me that Brody meant that it was included in the price not that it was free(though he literally said it was free) and that they say it that way all the time. As far as I am concerned that is fraud.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever seen at a Tmobile store. I was having…read moretrouble with my phone and it was just purchased. It's a Samsung note 4 and my friend bought it for me as a birthday gift since I've never had a good android phone. I charged it well and used it to make a call and it literally dials numbers in your ear and I couldn't get much reception. It was also bringing up messages saying it was sending bug reports to Tmobile. When I bought the phone I was told that there was a $50 fee if I didn't like the phone, not if it didn't work. I went to the Overland store, where the phone was bought and they said very rude that, " even if it doesn't work you have to pay the fee and if you don't like it that's too bad." My friend payed a lot for this phone. More than I thought she did and this is how they treat you! I didn't want a different phone, I just wanted to exchange it for the same one but, one that actually worked. It even brought up bug reports while I was talking to the employee and he said, "that makes no difference even if we know something is wrong with it, I'm not getting into trouble for you. Just go to another Tmobile". Now, I had went to this location for years and my friend and I both have been with Tmobile when they were voicestream, since 1998 and this is how he treated us. I was disgusted and so was my friend. She told him that's unfair considering how much it cost her. He said," call tmobile customer service and they will send a refurbished one and HOPEFULLY it will work." I was done! We went to another Tmobile maybe 4 miles away and they saw the bug reports that were popping up constantly. He said that there was definitely something wrong with the phone and he noticed it was bought the day before and exchanged it for the same phone and no fee. This Tmobile is no the place to buy a phone!! Maybe pay your bill but, never purchase a phone from this store. If it doesn't work your stuck with it. They were rude, smart mouthed, lazy and not exactly clean. Atleast the floors weren't and they weren't even busy. They could have atleast cleaned up the trash on the floor. Tmobile wouldn't still be in business if all stores ran like this one. Take your business to another store. This review is real and truthful. Several of my friends after this incident told me they wouldn't consider coming back to that store either due to several incompetent employees(there are some employees at this location that are wonderful!). I don't really enjoy giving bad reviews but, this needed to be said.

Visited the Brentwood, MO Best Buy today to purchase a laptop. The store is currently under…read moreconstruction, and a large portion of the laptop floor models were roped off. I asked a store associate if I could look at the laptops in that area, and he told me to go ahead. A moment later, another associate approached me and said I was not allowed to be there. I explained that I had already asked for permission, there was no active construction work happening, and there were no apparent safety risks or dangers in the area. He still insisted I leave. What stood out most was that there was no attempt to help me find a laptop, answer questions, or offer alternatives -- just an abrupt and dismissive interaction focused on getting me out of the area. I told him I'd gladly purchase a laptop somewhere else where customers are either allowed to view inventory or are actually helped. His response was, "Yeah, go ahead and do that." He then followed me out of the store and watched me get into my car and leave. Completely unprofessional experience. The staff acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. Don't waste your time.
