This is my first review of anything on Yelp. DO NOT WORK WITH MIKE - I came in for new phone - he said i couldn't trade in my phone, gave me 2 phone numbers and 2 payments without my knowledge. Went in to fix things and it took 2 different 1-2 hour visits to fix, staff was less than enthusiastic to help with something their coworker messed up. Miserable. read more

They sell you on faster internet service with their ATT internet air product (fiber not available) saying it's better and cheaper than our old broadband. Well, it's not. It constantly fails/ cuts out. If you call you get directed to use the app. The app uses an endless loop of unhelpful AI even if you ask for a representative. I was signed up for a business account but didn't know until I received the device. This is apparently because I'm a firstnet user. The store directs you to call the customer line which the automation cannot help you with and then the wait for a call back is 2-4 HOURS. Just to cancel. All for a product that never worked properly. I'm telling you, It feels like a scam. read more

Angel and the new associate were super helpful and very knowledgeable about products and plans! Angel even helped me because I was paying multiple protection plans and didn't know it. They were super nice as well and tried to help in all ways possible. The MANAGER Heather on the other hand -0/10 don't recommend!!! When I was being helped there was several times they had to go to the back for help or to ask a question. It honestly baffled me that she didnt come out from the back once the 1.5 hours I was there. Then when I just received my phone YESTERDAY in the wrong color (which I did not purchase, ATT sent it anyways) she tried to say I had to pay the $55 restocking fee. Like I said reps were great, but MANAGEMENT WAS TERRIBLE! To the point I had to call ATT after and resolve things even though I was told they could handle everything in store. read more

Went there for a basic thing just to activate my Sim card at because it stopped working. I was in the waiting room for a whole entire hour and 25 minutes and watched four different people come in after me to get helped before me at the end they were basically threw the newest guy at me every employee after they help somebody would just go run and hide in the back. I'm not the kind of person to leave a bad review and a super understanding person I work customer service, and I never in my whole entire life experienced Such bad customer service that I am wanting to leave a terrible review. This is the first review I've ever left. And the craziest part of the whole entire situation is that it literally took the guy less than 10 minutes to activate my Sim card. read more

I agree with the rating! The desire to assist is at a minimum. I understand trying to make a sale, however it's a good reason to shop online or troubleshoot online due to the pressure and lack of help if you don't purchase items. Also, if you have a payment already set, don't throw me to Apple for assistance cause I don't cancel that payment and pay it with you (the associate). To ask your trainee does she have protection/Apple care , and he replies no; I knew that wasn't the truth so said I do have Apple Care as I go to the settings sit my phone on the table and show the associates. Even if it's E-sims now, being that my phone still has the physical SIMS not even having the option to attempt to replace the SIMS physical card is an inconvenience for those paying for a service and phone that doesn't properly work unless you "get a new phone". Save yourself the trip just go to APPLE and use Verizon. read more

I don't understand where all the hatred comes from. When people ask my about my experience with AT&T I refer them to this store to get a positive experience. We had to change companies since US Cellular left the area. We moved all our lines to AT&T and this became our 'home store'. Since doing that over a year ago, I have been back a few times with billing questions, service questions, tech questions (both iPhone and Android related). Every time I have been dealt with quickly and professionally. The key, I discovered, is to come during the work day. They have the same number of employees on hand as night shift but there is rarely anyone in the store. No wait is good. read more

I visited this store, which was previously one of my 2 favorite AT&T stores in St. Louis, on Saturday 2/25. A blonde gentleman met me at the door and asked what he can do for me. I explained that this will be the second time I've visited a store for reception issues with my iPhone 7. The bad reception only occurs in my home and everyone else in the home has an iPhone and AT&T service and does not have a problem. I explained on my previous visit they reset the network settings and changed the SIM card. He smugly explained that there's no way it's the AT&T network and that my iPhone 7 is obviously less than 1 year old and that it's guaranteed for 1 year through Apple and I need to go to them directly. He never touched my phone, asked for my phone number, or looked up my account. On Sunday 2/26 I went to a previously scheduled appointment at the Apple genius bar. I had the box, AT&T receipt, and all components of the phone thinking they were going to have to replace it for me. I explained my issues to the tech and in roughly 30 seconds after handing him my phone he said the issue was with one setting in my "carrier settings." He reset this and then reset the network settings so that it would take effect. He apologized that I had to come in for something so simple. I acknowledged that it's not his fault and that clearly AT&T employs the most uncaring and technologically deficient people ever. He snickered. I waited 7 days to write this review to verify that this was in fact the issue and yes, my iPhone 7 now works perfectly at home. read more

I've got to knock down stars for this place due to the limited store hours. Closing at 7pm on weeknights is tough for folks who work during the day. Maybe open a little later to accommodate the working class? Otherwise, if you can make it in during their ridiculous hours, their employees are friendly and helpful. read more

I would never recommend this store location, to make one feel uncomfortable due to the color of their skin is AWFUL! Granted I understand APPOINTMENTS trump walk-ins, but when you hear out of your own mouth several customers who state that they are indeed walk-ins & they're serviced before you is utterly wrong & unprofessional. I watched workers look the opposite way because of their personal beliefs. I understand everyone is entitled to their own personal feelings & beliefs, but when at work those such feelings should be left at the door. My name was thrown around on the list to accommodate others before me. Even when asking where is my place in line, none of the caucasian would give me a definite answer, it was always the runaround. After finally speaking up about the problem help was then given. My family and I have been 10 year plus customers and this type of treatment was DISGUSTING! So my negative review is not about the fact I signed in and overheard the employee doing sign in stating there were 8 customer service reps working and only 5 on the sales floor expressing her frustration and as a result causing a delay in being helped, no that would have rated a 3 or 4 star. I was helped after and few minutes and the sales guy was good, I was there to upgrade one of my lines and get a new phone. Now I am one for security and safety however in this case I think the store manager who to say the least was uninterested in anything other than the personal conversation he was having with another employee, could have worked with me and been helpful and not completely uninterested and dismissive. Unfortunately I left my driver's license at the office on the scanner and did not have it with me for them to check my ID. I did have a smattering of credit cards and other cards as well as photos on my phone of my driver's license and passport for identification as well as the password to the account. Instead of having a conversation about how to solve the issue I simply received a dismissive "NO" and he went back to his conversion. Again I get security however I had 2 phones in my hand, plenty of other cards with my name on it and said photos of the government ID. This may be the worst run AT&T store I have been to and would not were it not the closest one with the model phone was looking for today. I will find it elsewhere and will never return to this store. I have had an account for over 10 years and would have expect some courtesy and discussion instead of a disinterested dismissal. I think his attitude likely explains why the other sales people were not on the floor when they should have been, I wouldn't work around this guy either. Someone needs to have a talk with this guy about how to treat customers or I am certain there will be more reviews like this. read more

This AT &T store has the absolute rudest and down right mean assistant manger there is. Her name is Cassandra Goskie. I left the store in tears and completely embarrassed by the way I was treated. She yelled at me in front of other customers. I never once raised my voice to her or said a negative things to her. She never once tried to help me. Never apologized for their mistake and was just plain mean. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone! This woman should not be in customer service and definitely not any sort of manger! read more

Att is a bs company. They will nickel and dime you to death any charge they can add they will. You get told one thing then when your bill shows up it's something totally different. Worst retail expierience of my life.... and I'm 65. The facts:(iphone 6) -They told me my bill would be $145/;mo.......it was over $225.00. -When they transfered my data to my new phone......2 different people worked on it.... it took over 6 hours and 9.6 gig. I had to make an appt at an Apple store to fix......he said he had seen it before from that AT&T store, and said they can be idiots They sold me the wrong covers for the minis we took for the trade-in on our old I phones. -They failed to give us a receipt for the transactions, and refused to acknowledge us at their locked door at 8:05 PM.....even though there were still still customers in the store, I understand they lock the door at 8:00 but at least come to the door to ask what we needed...could have been an emergency. Finally at 8:20 the admitted they hadn't given us a receipt, and opened the door to give it to us. -There were other issues.....My wife or I had to come to the store for minor issues 6 out of the first 8 dys of ownership.....not including the time my wife dropped off a dozen donuts, -Nice people, I'm just thankful the employees didn't choose a career in medicine or avaition -I actually understated the hassle read more
