Beautiful store front. BUT ... So many issues that indicate profound problems there!!! 1. The representatives there PUSH and PUSH to force me as a client into the sale of increasingly expensive equipment and services! 2. The agents turn into mean and discourteous people when they realize that you as the "client" are also there needing "support" for AT&T products. 3. The agents have no time to give clients. Delay and fail to meet appointment times as pre-arranged by over an hour. 4. The agents repeatedly give incorrect information about plans and products. 5. They cannot give precise accurate responses to the actual cost of their own AT&T services and products after the sale has been transacted. i.e. for months 1-36 6. The worst customer service!!!! This is a large full service AT&T store (not franchise) and the most convenient one located in the far west valley. It is big and provides all the services and a huge assortment of products that AT&T has to offer. The employees are attentive, friendly and willing to help with any issue you may have. My son and I went to the ATT store #SM13 in Goodyear Az on Dysart Road to upgrade his phone. Our associate Jessica L. greeted us right away, was extremely pleasant, professional and so knowledgeable about policy, product information etc. Most of all she carefully listened to what our needs, budget and product we desired. 10 out of 10 experience! I am highly disappointed, disgusted and ashamed to have business dealings with AT&T after the interaction I had with the manager at the dysart location in Goodyear. I went in with my younger brother on his birthday because his phone broke. We head to the Goodyear location off of dysart where it took almost 20 mins to be helped. When we did get help a Hispanic man helped where I noticed him watching the basketball game on the phone in the mix of helping us which wasn't professional. My brother was asking him what he would have to do for a new where we were told that before any upgrades in his plan we would need to pay the pay due amount and pay the rest of the phone off. So we realized we'll have to move some money around to make the payment which is no problem. We leave and I get a call from my mom where she says that she received a email congratulating her on her new purchase of AT&T home protection. I was in awhhhhh and highly disappointed and taken advantage of because one we are already pass due on our account then to put icing on the cake this man decided to make his numbers at the location better by putting my family at odds. I think not! Me and my brother go back into the store after finding out the information to one let the man know who I found out goes by AB from his coworker V that we can make the payment for the past due payment and taxes on the phone. He had no interest in helping us because he was going home but before he could I confronted him about the situation where he said that he would not do that and the only thing my family had on the plan was P4 which is protection for mobile devices. I did not trust him at all so I opened my AT&T app to see the coverages on the phone plans where I screen recorded the AT&T home protection being added to all the 9 lines on the account. And it's good that I still have the screen recording because after AB left he passed the situation to I believe Veronica his coworker where she tried to make it seem like they never tried to add the service to the account. I will remember this for a long time and would more then likely recommend a tracfone before ever using a shady service like this read more

AT&T has nonexistent service in Waddell, Buckeye and a large part of Surprise. They are doing nothing to correct or improve it. Pass on using their services unless you want to see SOS instead of a connection. Horrible service. read more

At&t charged my account over $800 for a lost phone that I returned to them. They found the phone a few days later but never returned my $800. They say they refunded my Citibank account but it never made it to my account (I have bank statements). They just give me the run around now. I will be filling a suit and also seeking damages. I can't wait for my contract to end with this terrible company. read more

I went in five days ago, after my phone got stolen from my car, and my original carrier wasn't going to replace it. The sales person took advantage of me and sold me a phone that doesn't have the memory I would use, isn't the model I would want, nor is it the color I would have picked. I was frazzled, because of what had just happened and distracted by other things going on in my life. I tried to return these phones earlier and did not have a physical copy of my ID with me because, I lost it. Instead of telling me, that they could have used a picture of it, they decided that me, asking for my money back, and being a little upset that I felt taken advantage of, was a reason to call the police. Maybe provide better customer service, and tell the customer that a picture of their ID will work, instead of insisting that they get it, or come back, when they have it, when you know, full, well, by that time, the return window will have closed. This, plus being rudely told that another employee was simply checking somebody in when I heard my name and the manager storming up call me with an attitude towards me is why I'm not surprised to see that this location doesn't have very good ratings. The lady that claim to be the store manager can congratulate herself for costing AT&T a customer. She should've apologized for her employee, taking advantage of me during a time that was already difficult, but instead, she did the opposite. read more

Awful! Don't trust Myles, he doesn't know what he's doing. While on vacation in AZ we went to AT&T on Dysart because my husband's cell was not working. Myles said the phone was insured but it was with Apple. NO! The insurance was through AT&T! Found out after we drove to the Apple store. Thanks Myles for nothing. Got the cell fixed at another AT&T when we returned home. The fix took less than an hour. read more

Came to this AT&T store today at 1330 N Dysart Rd, Goodyear to get my elderly father a new iPhone. Our name was taken down and we were told we'd be second on the list. I watched as one customer walked in after us and then a second, both being met by an AT&T associate within minutes. 15 minutes later we're still sitting there and no acknowledgement. There doesn't appear to be a sign in process or formal queue. I walked in, no one greeted me. I walked around the store a bit. I asked a sale associate who was helping someone if there was a line. She said no and just a minute. The. She attempted to help a group of people who cane in after me. I have been in here for about 15 minutes without actually being acknowledged and now that same associate walked outside. I might be worth driving further into the city for help. There was black guy in the store waiting too. The sales associate walked up to him and asked how he can help us. We weren't even in the same area but she assumed we were together. read more

I really dislike going into this phone store! In many of my experiences it is truly hit or miss depending on the salesperson/customer service rep that you get. There are the overly aggressive and the totally inattentive. Then there are the super knowledgeable that have zero personal skills and can't answer a question in a way that you understand and the ones that don't even know their products. I will say this though, since COVID they are doing the most to follow guidelines and keep everyone safe. Sanitation stations at the doors, plexiglass barriers at the tables, staff are wearing masks and customers are asked to do the same. My suggestion is to do your research beforehand and order online. If you absolutely must go in, go in knowing what you want and get out before the try to up-sell you. read more

I would not recoumemd this place to anyone because I wouldn't want anyone to go through customer service here. My favorite person would be marina because she has quality customer service. Absolutely the WORSE service EVER. We bought a new iPhone to replace my wife old model. Within an hour of leaving the store with our NEW iPhone it stopped working, kept freezing up, couldn't make calls etc,.... live in Queen Creek so couldn't get back there for a couple days and they basically told us its between us and Apple,.. they don't deal with actual phone problems after you leave the store with the phone you just paid them a THOUSAND dollars for,........ I'm cancelling my ATT service after 25 years and going to T Mobile,... screw AT&T !!!!! read more

This store was horrible and very unprofessional. I came in with my family and was waiting 2nd in line but once I became next in line the waitlist was manipulated and I was placed after a couple that came in after us. I addressed with the female manager and she simply says I can change that back. The point is why was it manipulated in the first place? No explanation and the couple pushed ahead of us was still seen....left this store feeling unappreciated as a long term customer which is unfortunate. I would recommend the services that AT&T offers but I strongly recommend that the customer service representatives get retrained in customer service. When I went to go get a phone the first time, I waited around for 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge me. There was 5 customer service workers. Two were busy helping others, one was texting on his phone, and the other two were talking to each other. I left to the Apple Store at that point. Unfortunately I had to come back because they didn't have the phone o wanted. The next day I went back and we at least received acknowledgement when we went inside. We didn't like the way the representative was trying to push insurance and accessories on us. Also he messed up and deactivated the wrong phone and had to replace the SIM card on my spouse's phone. Overall, customer service sucked. If you don't need to get a phone right away, do it all online. That's what they do anyway on those iPads. read more

This store is horrible. If I could give no stars I would, they deserve no stars at all. Their service sucks and employees does not seem to know what to do, even the managers don't know what to do. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I prefer to deal with someone on the phone instead of going in to the store. If possible avoid visiting the store. Go to another different. All I can say is...WOW! I walked in and was greeted right at the door and quickly taken care of, I got to speak to a good majority of the staff and let me say; very hardworking, caring, patient, and well-mannered team!! They made me feel very welcome and answered all my questions efficiently. I went in 2 weeks ago looking for some AirPods and unfortunately they were sold out, and every place I've gone to has been sold out as well, BUT AT&T has been the ONLY store to give me a call back to notify me they are receiving a shipment...I am at a loss for words. After 2 weeks, they remembered to notify me without having to call them obnoxiously. I almost lost all hope, so thank you TREMENDOUSLY to the AT&T team, my experience was everything and more! They only have 3 employees on a Friday at noon. This location is too busy for that. They follow apples approach to signing in and helping and the wait at this location is too long for that approach. Waiting nearly an hour for a simple question is ridiculous. Will not be coming back to this location ever. read more

I have been working with this store and had a few issues with what we agree on in the store and what they actually do. I did the iPhone 7 free upgrade if I give them my old iPhone 6. Then now they are charging me for the iPhone 7 every month and kept my old iPhone 6 which I could have sold for around $500 dollars at the time. I even have signed paper work showing it. Now I just got a voice message saying they won't being giving me my credit for the iPhone 7 and they will send me $100 gift card. I don't know what planet they are on but I will not settle for this. read more

October 10 discover discount never applied so reapplied, still no discount applied 10 days later submitted same paperwork was provided to store manager and not applied and no credits given. I would personally like to thank Laurie. She was fantastic! We have been trying to solve a phone problem (calling 911 with the SOS touchscreen button) for three weeks. Spoke with the AT&T store at Arrowhead and was told we were out of luck and to call AT&T direct. Called them, they called the manufacture and was told to buy a case for the phone. (Pantech people don't even know the phone they develop!) so the AT&T guy advised to us an upgrade on another line and toss the phone. Now we get to the store meet with the greeter who we show the problem. He shows us a couple phones after looking at ours. We hang out for the next rep that turns out to be Laurie. So check this out. She grabs a phone out of the box due to the demo on the wall not working. Then it happens. This wonderful lady lets us know to take the lock code off the phone we have and guess what?! Problem solved!!!! So lets recap.... AT&T store at the mall, AT&T corp., manufacture, and a greeter.... I run a million dollar a month store and I would hire Laurie to cover all these people and pay her triple! Common sense, logic, product knowledge, and customer service! Marina is amazing. We spent two days on the phone trying to figure out a new phone and within 5 minutes she had our issue fixed. Total of 4 hours over two days and no fix. She was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help us. Highly recommend this location and specifically Marina. read more

It is obvious that the job qualifications here are to: look dumb and be as unhelpful as possible; arrogant attitude and make no eye contact if possible; ditch customer if they are not spending money or signing their life away for crap service. My mom was killed in a tragic car accident two months ago. She had 3g service (which sucked, btw) for years for her IPad via ATT. I have called numerous times to corporate, went to two att stores to try to cancel her acct and the automatic withdrawals. TI was told after the continuous run around to go to this store and her account could be canceled. Nope, got cold disinterested service and a weak excuse why they couldn't do it, when I had her DEATH CERTIFICATE right there along with latest bill. Manager was snotty, rude, and asked me to leave because I justifiably was very upset. ATT sucks, and it is obvious by the low rent snots they hire. You are a lowly manager of a phone store, not queen of England. Hope your loved one doesn't pass away with an ATT account,maybe you will understand how I felt. I doubt it, though. read more

Got lucky in our timing. I generally dread dealing with cell phone provider stores. We were greeted immediately, got our information inputted and were assigned a representative within minutes. He didn't make us feel rushed, and explained all the different options we have. I do feel AT & T is overpriced, but we are limited as service in our area is spotty at best.
