    I am highly disappointed, disgusted and ashamed to have business dealings with AT&T after the interaction I had with the manager at the dysart location in Goodyear. I went in with my younger brother on his birthday because his phone broke. We head to the Goodyear location off of dysart where it took almost 20 mins to be helped. When we did get help a Hispanic man helped where I noticed him watching the basketball game on the phone in the mix of helping us which wasn't professional. My brother was asking him what he would have to do for a new where we were told that before any upgrades in his plan we would need to pay the pay due amount and pay the rest of the phone off. So we realized we'll have to move some money around to make the payment which is no problem. We leave and I get a call from my mom where she says that she received a email congratulating her on her new purchase of AT&T home protection. I was in awhhhhh and highly disappointed and taken advantage of because one we are already pass due on our account then to put icing on the cake this man decided to make his numbers at the location better by putting my family at odds. I think not! Me and my brother go back into the store after finding out the information to one let the man know who I found out goes by AB from his coworker V that we can make the payment for the past due payment and taxes on the phone. He had no interest in helping us because he was going home but before he could I confronted him about the situation where he said that he would not do that and the only thing my family had on the plan was P4 which is protection for mobile devices. I did not trust him at all so I opened my AT&T app to see the coverages on the phone plans where I screen recorded the AT&T home protection being added to all the 9 lines on the account. And it's good that I still have the screen recording because after AB left he passed the situation to I believe Veronica his coworker where she tried to make it seem like they never tried to add the service to the account. I will remember this for a long time and would more then likely recommend a tracfone before ever using a shady service like this

    Worst AT&T I've ever been to. This isn't our first bad experience there. Not enough employees to cover the volume of costumer traffic.

    Takes too long, bad customer service. Took at least an hour just to put me on the wait list.

    Luis gave us excellent help! he was kind and very helpfu! We had visited another AT&T store down the street that wasn't helpful at all.

    I purchased the new Samsung J1 at this location on November 10th. By November 14th the phone…read morestarted to malfunction, I called on the 15th and Criselda (one of the sales people) tried telling me I had the wrong location. I assured her I had the correct location as I have her business card and all of my paperwork. I made arrangements to bring in the phone in on the following business day as the phone can only be exchanged within 7 days. I was literally given the run-around, telling me it's not a Verizon issue, it's a Samsung issue..."take it to Best Buy as they have a Samsung tech there who MIGHT be able to help." Levi the CSR was very helpful, but his manager Joel would not allow for a refund or exchange. That night I called the CS line for Verizon. They had no idea who this business was. I was told by Evan at Verizon that this business is not one they have listed as AN AUTHORIZED VERIZON STORE. Sooo... Buyer BEWARE! This is what is called a SCAM!!! I'm now stuck with a phone I have no use for, I switched from my old plan to Verizon so now I have no phone at all. I'm unfamiliar with Arizona, I use my phone for a GPS. My husband works out of town and has no way to get a hold of me. I have two children at home, I'm disabled, I have no home phone and all of my contact information is in that phone. I'm not in a position to buy another phone, I shouldn't have to. I'm stuck! The level of customer service I received at this store is not only unacceptable but unbelievable!!!! I can't believe they sent me away and refused to help me. Oh, might I add Best Buy did not have a technician on staff. So here it is, day 7 (unopened items MAY receive a refund or exchange within 7 days) I have no phone and all I can do is see if Samsung can repair or send me a replacement. I've had issues in the past with my Samsung device and I simply took the device to the nearest Verizon store and was gladly refunded my money. I do not understand the mindset of people who take advantage of others. Makes me very sad. Don't let this happen to you. Be aware!
