Spoke with the AT&T store at Arrowhead and was told we were out of luck and to call AT&T direct. Called them, they called the manufacture and was told to buy a case for the phone. (Pantech people don't even know the phone they develop!) so the AT&T guy advised to us an upgrade on another line and toss the phone. Now we get to the store meet with the greeter who we show the problem. He shows us a couple phones after looking at ours. We hang out for the next rep that turns out to be Laurie. So check this out. She grabs a phone out of the box due to the demo on the wall not working. Then it happens. This wonderful lady lets us know to take the lock code off the phone we have and guess what?! Problem solved!!!! So lets recap.... AT&T store at the mall, AT&T corp., manufacture, and a greeter.... I run a million dollar a month store and I would hire Laurie to cover all these people and pay her triple! Common sense, logic, product knowledge, and customer service! Gets no better than what Laurie is! Thank you so much Laurie!

This screen here is straight up broke. It keeps freezing, sometimes it knows if you're trying to press something- sometimes not.the screen edges are totally non-responsive, the screen is dim and the colors are so dull. I was so pissed off and was going to go in there to confront the guy and demand a refund, but then I found out I had paid enough of my phone off to trade it in. I had a small crack before I "demolished" my screen, and I wouldn't have been able to trade it in with that small crack. I just traded it in so I guess you can use this guy if you wanna phony screen U can rip the carrier off with. This guy is running a scam shop, he should literally be investigated and shut down. I will probably send a tip over to the AG...it's criminal. Absolute dog shit.

I assured her I had the correct location as I have her business card and all of my paperwork. I made arrangements to bring in the phone in on the following business day as the phone can only be exchanged within 7 days. I was literally given the run-around, telling me it's not a Verizon issue, it's a Samsung issue..."take it to Best Buy as they have a Samsung tech there who MIGHT be able to help." Levi the CSR was very helpful, but his manager Joel would not allow for a refund or exchange. That night I called the CS line for Verizon. They had no idea who this business was. I was told by Evan at Verizon that this business is not one they have listed as AN AUTHORIZED VERIZON STORE. Sooo... Buyer BEWARE! This is what is called a SCAM!!! I'm now stuck with a phone I have no use for, I switched from my old plan to Verizon so now I have no phone at all. I'm unfamiliar with Arizona, I use my phone for a GPS. My husband works out of town and has no way to get a hold of me. I have two children at home, I'm disabled, I have no home phone and all of my contact information is in that phone. I'm not in a position to buy another phone, I shouldn't have to. I'm stuck! The level of customer service I received at this store is not only unacceptable but unbelievable!!!! I can't believe they sent me away and refused to help me. Oh, might I add Best Buy did not have a technician on staff. So here it is, day 7 (unopened items MAY receive a refund or exchange within 7 days) I have no phone and all I can do is see if Samsung can repair or send me a replacement. I've had issues in the past with my Samsung device and I simply took the device to the nearest Verizon store and was gladly refunded my money. I do not understand the mindset of people who take advantage of others. Makes me very sad. Don't let this happen to you. Be aware!
