Spent over 20k with T-Mobile and been a loyal customer for over 5 years. This place started all the problems I'm facing today. Fraudulent advertisements. If you want unwanted changes to your account and your bill To go up then this is the place. False promises by T-Mobile agents made my Bill go up therefore now cancelling all my lines and towers. Thank you for making me come to this realization. Also was promised 50 dollars credit to my next bill if I applied For the credit card whether I got approved or not. This store almost made me close my contract with T-Mobile! I have been with T-Mobile since 2010! All I asked for was a new phone since my current phone died. Guy comes out from the back limping around because he got into a bad accident. Maybe Karma didn't teach him the first time!!!!! He brings me a new S26 with a tracking device. He says, "this comes with the phone hahaha!" It's a new promotion hahaha! Not to mention he added 4 new lines to my contract and tried to convince me to purchase T-Mobile internet after I explained to him multiple time's that my internet is included in my rent! Worst place to go , they Only want to make a sale saying they don't help with claims or setting up a phone telling me go through the T-Life app and that they only sell phones not set them up or do anything with insurance. And the screen protector warranty didn't apply so they wanted me to pay 60 dollars again so I took my phone to the one on pebble creek and some how I got my warranty quickly and they helped set up my phone and was able to help with my claim go to the one on pebble creek this store on dysart is worthless and weren't able to help with anything unless I got them a sell. DO NOT GO TO T-MOBILE ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION. Horrible service, no one knows anything no one's trained in anything. Waited 4 hours for no solution. Came to give them my trade in and come to find out that the trade in wasn't included and no one told us. They were just going to take the phone without adding it as a trade in. When we came to fix it we were given nothing but attitude. So much back and forth. Kept pushing us to the side and helping others despite not giving us any solutions. This "authorized" reseller location should be shut down! First of all, this is a completely Latino-serving location. As an older minority woman, I was extremely uncomfortable because of the loud Latino music and everyone there almost screaming in Spanish to be heard. The VERY YOUNG guy who tried to switch my cell service over barely spoke English. It was so difficult to understand him, even the automated voice prompts on my previous cell provider could not pick up what he was saying to switch my account. I sat there watching him struggle way longer than I should have. After all this, they told me I had to drive back the next day because he couldn't switch my account over (likely due to the language barrier). I drove back the next day and was told by a girl that they couldn't help me because there was no manager available. Of course the person who I dealt with previously was not there either. She said my service was likely switched over though! How would that have happened? It turned out I had 2 different carriers providing service! I ended up going to T-Mobile's corporate store. Wow! The PROFESSIONAL woman who helped me there uncovered additional add-ons to my account that I did not want or authorize that the previous location just tacked on. I would have probably never noticed the additional accounts unless she pointed them out to verify what I ACTUALLY wanted. She credited my account and also explained how resellers have been known to do this. Whatttt?!?! I wonder how T-Mobile feels about being represented so unethically. I guess T-Mobile is ok with it. If I could leave negative stars I would. I came to this store last week. Left Verizon after 17 years for t mobile. I told the sales rep they had me feeling taken advantage of. Now imagine my shock when I discovered she was even worse. Just this store. I brought over 6 lines. She wrote out my prices. But apparently did not feel the need to expand on what the "promotions" I was getting entailed. I upgraded my son's phone. She said accessories were a part of the promotion. So he picked out a case and she installed it and a screen protector. I traded in my phone. They didn't have a case for it, but she installed the screen protector for me. Before leaving, after transferring all 6 phones, she gave me a data SIM card. Which was included in my promotion. Cost nothing she said. I could use it for any tablet or device for data. I have nothing to use it on but ok. Then I was told I had 2 weeks to decide if I wanted to upgrade my other kids under the same promotion. The next day I took in my daughter to trade in her phone. I asked about accessories, that part of the promotion ended. So no accessories. Uh ok. Not even a screen protector. Really. So she said she'd comp me one. Awesome! Everyone was super helpful. Now fast forward a week until I get my first bill. Imagine my shock when it's $40 more than I was told to expect. So I pull up the itemized part. Those accessories that were "part of my promotion". The promotion did not in fact mean free, like the phone. I was charged for them ALL. But it was on a payment plan! That I was not told I was getting. Fun fact. It is in fact THE LAW that this cannot be done. It is illegal to say something is free, then bill them for it! That data plan that was "included" and "free". Also not free. The promotion was that it is only $10 a month after credits. Which again I was not made aware of. Went back to the store today. To be told that that is how the promotions were set up. Uh ok. And why was it worded to sound otherwise then?! I do not want the data SIM card. To which I was told if I canceled it, it canceled my entire promotion. So I left. Calling customer service. Where I was informed that this was in fact untrue. I am allowed to cancel that without canceling the promotion I came in on. He told me it had to be done in store. And return the SIM card. So. Back to the store I go. Where she reiterates that I will be billed monthly for this data package even if I return the SIM card. Even if I cancel the data package. Because it's all "grouped together". They refused to even give me something showing I handed back the SIM card. So I took a pic as my proof. Lectured the laws about claiming something is free when they were not. That is theft! That is false advertising! And that makes me want to go right back to Verizon who were only just expensive! So I leave. And call customer service again. Where I learned the store had lied again. Which I assumed. The data card was removed from my acct. without canceling my promo. Avoid this store. And if you have to go. Do not let daisy assist you. Check your acct. ask for specifics about their so called "promotions" and don't even trust the other workers as they all tried to verify all of daisy's bs promotional info. read more

I was given great service but I start to look into my payments for the months, I was quoted $130 a month at the store, a couple days later when my next bill pops up for January it's now $155, I looked into it and they charged me for 4 lines that I didn't ask for. Alexia C was the only worker in store today 6/11 @ 6:20 pm when me and my husband came in the store. she quotes us $400 out the door, said our month payment would be almost $200 but yet when we purchased online it was $250 to purchase and a monthly payment of $91. I hope people read reviews before coming to this store as wish we had. All we wanted to do was trade in an android and finance an iPhone. The sales associate said we couldn't and but qualified for a "promotion" to get the iPhone and without telling us added 4 lines to the account and gave us the maxed service plan. So instead of what would have been an additional $50 for financing an iPhone, it made the phone bill $290 after being charged a $440 prorated month. Had to call customer support just to have them fix the sales associates massacre of our account. Once I read other reviews, we are not the first people with the same issue at this store. read more

Absolutely love them! The whole team is super helpful and eager to assess any need you have whether it be for a bill payment or setting up a new device! This t mobile store has declined drastically over the course of 2 years. When I first purchased my iPhones with them they were very helpful and respectful and chill. No there's just a bunch of employees that don't understand what you're talking about and just try to sell you more stuff you don't need. Why would I want to add another brand new line to my plan just to upgrade my iPhone?!! And the only thing I get as a response from the annoying skinny little want to be ghetto fabulous trick that was helping me was "nah. Nah, nah. It's not like that. We can't do that" not only that when I walked in I had initially asked for a replacement screen protector. The other girl that greeted me as I walked in was the manager and once I told her what I was there for she immediately walked to the back and said "give me a minute I need to grab another tablet, this one's not working" She left and 20minutes had gone by and still she didn't come out of the back. Instead the other little girl with the long annoying nails came out and denied everything I was asking for just so she could sell a brand new iPhone. Worst staff ever. **THE MONEY THEY PROMISE FOR PAYING OFF YOUR CELL PHONE IS PAID OUT VIA VIRTUAL VISA CARD FOR ONLINE SHOPPING ONLY** The employee who helped me switch over either: 1. Did not know what he was talking about as it pertained to our new bill and the phone buy-out deal OR 2. Completely LIED to get our service. Either of the 2 reasons are completely frustrating. We switched from Verizon to T-Mobile because we figured it would be cheaper. According to the associate who helped us, our bill was supposed to go from $209 (Verizon) to $160 (T-Mobile). It did... for the first billing cycle. Then, it magically jumped to $200 the next month! When I went in and spoke with a manager the best he could do is bring it down to $180. He removed $20 worth of unnecessary crap tacked on by the initial associate. I appreciated his effort but told him he needs to have a talk with the man who signed us up under false pretenses. (I doubt he did) I was also told that T-Mobile would pay off my old phone. What they do not tell you is that they pay you with a VIRTUAL card to be used for ONLINE purchases. I was told by the same associate that I would get a CARD in the mail in 15-30 business days. This was on June 9th. It is now August 3rd and I just got off the phone with customer service and will now have a tangible card in 7-10 business days (there's a $3.95 fee to have the card mailed). If you only shop online I suppose this is a decent deal. I, however, do not solely shop online. My bill is cheaper but I had to jump through hoops to get what I was promised in the first place. read more

worst t mobile experience, im not that person to leave a review but here i am. just blatant terrible service. no one greeted me when i arrived. someone told me it would be "2-5 minutes" about 3 times. waited for over an hour before leaving without getting helped. also one worker in back watching videos for 45 minutes and not helping customers. idk maybe doing work for the books idk. i get if the store is busy or you have stuff to do, but i was first in line immediately coming in. just say it's going to be a while so i don't have to wait and waste an hour. read more

Once they got my business (I switched my line and open an additional line of service) I received the worst customer service experience. The associate who assisted me has since left this company, he was very good and professional. I went in to request assistance with my rebate. They went back and forth, finally submitting the rebate via my phone. The associate Devon did it wrong, all wrong. I was on the phone with a rep, figure out what was delaying my rebate. After 3 calls to several associates, I got a call from a rep who fixed the issue. T-Mobile service is good, this T-Mobile provider is not. Avoid this store. read more

Customer service here is a joke. My dad went here 3 times to get his phone plan fixed and each time they said they would do something they never did. He was trying to cancel a line that is no longer needed but the reps only put it on suspension. Like I get your sales people and it may look "bad" for you but do your job and don't take advantage of others. It's only when I called the corporate line to get everything squared away and to file a corporate complaint against the store was something done. Either way this location is just plain horrible. Get everything they tell you in writing with associates FIRST and last names so if anything goes wrong later you have all the backup documentation. read more

Horrible customer service. I ordered a replacement iPhone and was charged $800 for it. I went to a T-Mobile store who advised to return the phone mine was fine. I returned it via their program UPS. It took the a month to acknowledge the return wanting me to pay for the returned phone. I disputed it with my credit card company. They rebilled it again. And they have refused to issue a credit even though they acknowledge they have the phone unopened and not put in service. Its like talking to the wall. Everyone is going to take care of the mischarge (5 times I called speaking to someone new each time including a supervisor). The back office people, whom you cannot speak with) have denied the credit so I have now disputed the $800 charge once again. Finally I am going to move to Verizon. I liked the T-Mobile program but to go months with no resolution and no one in authority has resolved the issue. (All charges and credits are on the same Auto Pay CC for the past 4 billing cycles so its easy to reconcile). In fact they threatened to suspend my service for non-payment, even though it is on auto charge, they are impossible to do business with. I would recommend going elsewhere for your cellphone service. read more

horrible customer service. the first time we came here they added an extra line to our plan without telling us and charged us for it. the next time we needed new screen protectors and the put the wrong ones on and when we came back to get it replaced they said it hasn't been long enough but they advertise that you can get it replaced daily. they were very rude and we watched them laugh at us and make fun of me wearing sunglasses inside because I have disabilities and have to. do not go here especially if you are disabled, they are accessible and even when thry aren't busy they stand there and watch you try to get in by yourself with a heavy door in a wheel chair and don't offer help. read more

Edgar has no clue how to put on screen protector and then when he screwed it up tell me it's a courtesy that he is not going to fix it and then if we want another one when we have to pay for another one, keep in mind these are $35.00 a piece. When we asked for his Adams (another sales person) for his assistance his customer skills are even worse. No manager available to speak to. We were told if you call the corporate number on the wall nothing will be done. We just switched over from ATT to T-mobile Daniel was the rep that helped us. And he did a great job of explaining and helping us thru the process. Told us of some good promotions we took advantage of. Hope when the bill arrives there won't be to many surprises like some of the other reviews that were posted. But so far it seems a better deal then with ATT. read more
