I've been to this location on a few occasions and every time got efficient & responsive help. I was traveling overseas and wanted to ensure my phones were unlocked--both of my phones require SIM cards. The rep told me what to do but he ended up helping me nonetheless. As a matter of fact, there was an issue and he said to call AT&T. He said to call from the store and he'll be there for additional help. It all worked out and my phones were unlocked, ready for travel. Flash forward to my recent visit--I wanted to purchase a replacement iPhone. I already had an idea what I wanted and Rheanna was so helpful with my purchase, answered my questions about the 14 versus the 15. Decision made, however, the particular iPhone 15 I wanted, wasn't in stock at this location, so she called another location for availability and it was. She asked for it to be transferred to this location and I got the phone I wanted without needing to shop elsewhere. Rheanna went above and beyond as a customer service rep. I had changed services and the manager at the time Siggy helped me, offered a no more than $110 rate per month. I get my first bill and it's $300. I go back to the store and apparently he no longer works there and there's a new manager who's name is Travis. Absolutely unprofessional, using profanity. We had to turn our old phones in to get the rate we were originally quoted. We turned our phones in. Now the new manager( Travis) is saying we should have kept our old phones and now there's no way of getting them back. I am highly disappointed with the way AT&T has handled this. We would have NEVER changed carriers to AT&T if we knew this was the way they did business. Shady and unprofessional. I will take them to the better business bureau for this. I was conned into a contract that I didn't sign and the 3 years kept getting longer and longer and I just paid them the full price of $780 to get rid of them. I recently purchased a phone from the Valley River store. Each time I went both clerks were very helpful. But the problem was not with staff BUT the lack of staff present. The line was long and growing and when asked one gentleman told me that was all they had working. (don't know if it was that day only) but long waits is not good customer service. I hope they can correct this soon, or likely they will lose customers to other stores. I give 3 stars due to lack of service. read more

However, information was asserted to me that was refuted by two other AT&T locations, and ultimately disproved when another location in town did exactly what this location said was impossible. It's probably not the employees' fault, more likely what they were instructed to do, but the overall experience compels me to suggest a different location in town first. read more

Took my phone to Batteries + Bulbs for a charging issue. They ran a full diagnostic and took the phone apart, saying it was shot and I'd need a new phone. Went over to this AT&T to see if I could get a new device and the salesman (Zack) who is not even a technician, helped me troubleshoot the charging issue. Looks like I needed a wireless charger and it is saving me money until I can get it fixed somewhere else. 10/10 service, super nice and friendly. Be very very careful about going to the store. We tried to purchase a new phone to upgrade to the newest version of the iPhone but were told that we needed to add a In order for the promo "" to be applied. Came to find out after the fact they've charged us for activation fees and additional line and refused to just transfer the phone and phone number to the existing line so we have received in excess of over $150 of new fees and I've made four separate trips to both Corporate stores and this store without any resolution. Called customer care they directed us to the corporate store who tried to help but again we're challenged We've now had to escalate things beyond the manager here at this location who was unwilling or unable to resolve our issues to the district manager to try to get things done. My advice go to a corporate store to make any purchases I'm looking into switching services based on 5 hours of wasted time and massive frustration with At & t overall read more

Poor girl helping me could not remember her password and locked herself out of her own computer. 50 min in the store to make a payment on my account. Very poor customer service. We were repeatedly blamed for issues with a defective item that was sold to us, and they threatened to deny part of our refund, claiming this was simply a case of buyer's remorse. Upon visiting a different AT&T store to troubleshoot our issue, we also learned that the sales rep likelydid not set us up with the correct plan for the item we received, and that they had also misquoted the price for one of the line items. We DID ultimately receive a full refund, which is why this is not a one-star review. UPDATE: Lowered to one star because we were just charged for a DIRECTTV service that the sales rep assured us that they canceled for us on our return trip to the store. Borderline fraudulent. My mom and I have been on an AT&T phone plan for many, many years and when we need help with something, it has been very hit or miss whether we get good service or not. We had a bunch of problems today, but we walked into the store and Christopher welcomed us with a big smile. I wish I could give him 10 stars. On Aug. 18th I purchased a Galaxy S8 phone from the authorized retailer at 460 Coburg Rd. The salesman's name was : Nathaniel . My son, who lives in AZ. has a family and friends acct. with AT&T and wanted the purchase of the phone and my service to be put on his acct. My other phone's service was already being charged to his account and I am an authorized user on the account. He talked to Nathaniel several times during the set up process to facilitate the process. It took Nathaniel 2.5 hours to set up my new phone- ridiculous. My son checked with AT&T days later, and found that Nathaniel had opened a new account for me- without my permission- and , charged the account for a more expensive Galaxy S8 PLUS phone- NOT the S8 that I purchased and took home with me. Nothing was charged to my son's account as he was instructed to do. Charging us for a more expensive phone that I did not want or receive -plus- opening a new account in my name that I did not authorize is unethical and fraudulent. I am beyond furious about this. We are still trying to correct this with AT&T customer support. read more

I see some low reviews for this location, but can honestly rate my experience as five stars. Upon my arrival I was immediately helped by an associate named Sean (Shawn?) who went above and beyond to set up my new iPhone X, explain each feature, help me choose a case, and took the time to help me transfer information from my old phone to new, and helped me choose a set of earphones. The store was out of the model I wanted so I waited a week and came back. When I arrived another associate (I believe her name was Courtney) recognized me, recalled my previous transaction, and offered me a price matching discount on the highest model of headphones they sell. Tremendous customer experience. Getting a new device can be frustrating but these guys made it simple. read more

Worst At&T experience I have ever had with Nathaniel and Courtney, what a nightmare it was going in here I had to deal with multiple employees on multiple days and they all have no training or customer service. Three days and 9 hours later still haven't had problems resolved. Flat rude and made me never want to go into another At&T again. This place has horrified me from going in to buy a new phone something that used to be a enjoyable experience for me is now just a horrible memory I never want to relive. Will never ever go into this store again. Needs to be shut down. Did not listen to one word I was saying just kept trying to sell me needless products I didn't ask for or want. Shrugging it off saying it's only 10$ a month who cares how much it is I don't want your products. my rating is minus1! a complete nightmare 1). i spent 5-hours there (the first day), i decided to change my carrier from verizon to at&t to join a family plan which was substantially cheaper. 2). the rep. transferred everything associated with my verizon phone to the wrong phone number!--it took 5 hours for them to attempt to straighten it out! (which they didn't).ii only realized that my info went to the wrong number because i called my oldest friend and she said my name didn't come up on her phone and the phone number wasn't mine!! 3. i went home at 6:30 only to find they didn't put my contacts on the new iphone 8--went back. 4).went the next day because everyone said it sounded like i was talking underwater. at&t told me to go to apple store at vrc to have phone tested at the tune of $20--had phone only 7 days!! 5)went to apple store--they determined that the phone was not brand new--apple has all the info realated to any of their phones based upon serial numbers (i'm paying $699.00 for 30 months for a brand new phone--only had phone for 7 days) and that it had been restored in feb.--previous owners name was fred wilson! 6). apple tried to restore phone but since everything went under some other number they retrieved my info and couldn 't get it back under my name so i lost all my contacts and notes--luckily i still had old phone. 7)apple told me to go back to at&t to demand a new phone--went there, no empathy from manager at all. he tried to send me back to apple! he would not give me a "new" phone. 8) i gave phone back to at&t since i had it only 7 days--9)(he demanded i pay a $45.00 restocking fee (which i did--anything to get out of the cotract with at&t)-- unfortunately for me i had purchased the $37.00 lifetime screen protector (which they got to keep since the iphone8 wouldn't even work (manager said, "maybe it's the towers around your house!" have had verizon for 10 years--never been a problem. 10) had to call apple 7 days later to help me get back my icloud/apple id etc. apple had actually sent me a letter, "dear fred wilson"--not my name, not even close. fred is previous owner of "new" phone-avoid these charlatans!, they are just a retail store, they "sell" at&t phones. go to the one across from vrc--the "real" at&t read more

If you want to purchase a cell phone DO NOT COME HERE!!! I purchased a cell phone that was defective, recognizably only when I brought it home. I brought it back in for a return/replacement phone within the same week of my purchase, I was denied the return/replacement. There is NO fault of mine as to why the phone was having "glitches", but I was still told I had to go somewhere else, find another way, somehow to be reimbursed or to replace the faulty phone sold by this facility. THEY ARE A PRIVATELY OWNED "AT&T" store, therefore they work under their own "guidelines"... I was told as soon as I walked out of that door (less than a week ago) it is no longer their responsibility of what they sold to me. So if you buy a phone here you must hang out for the day using your newly purchased phone to make sure it is properly working. If not you're screwed with a broken $800 phone (purchased "brand new")! Please go to a reputable AT&T store (there is one near the VRC), they will honor a less than 14 day return. I wish I researched and bought my phone there or somewhere else that was/is an official store. I was under the impression if you used the name "AT&T" as your store name that you were ethically responsible in adhering to a reasonable return policy (at least to the 14 day return AT&T policy honored at an official store). They offered no support, no sympathy and pretty much expressed an "oh well" attitude.
