They did not get the photos copied so I went back a couple days later. I was still feeling good about my purchase until another sales person tole me it would cost $25 to do the copy. Essential where they plug my old and new phone in a device and push a button. Rather than trying to help me or give me an alternative they just said take it or leave it. I went to a real Verizon store (they are not a real Verizon store) and immediately was given a way to do this myself. Yeah! Since Executive Wireless is only interested about taking money out of our pocket I highly recommend not using their services or buying products from any of their stores. You will regret the purchase if your looking for some form of customer service with your purchase. Buyer beware!

They also said I had 14 days to do this but the manager could waive this for me up to 30 days. I later found out the phone was only out of stock at that PARTICULAR location and they refused to let me trade the phone in to buy at another location and since it was past the 14 days I couldn't even trade in there. Verizon said I shouldn't go to authorized stores only corporate locations to keep things like this from happening. Apparently it is a common occurrence. They teach their employees to lie and cheat so that you will buy from their location and get trapped. The phone they sold me is absolutely horrible. Meh... always a somewhat frustrating experience…read more First, the relatively positive portion: My family and I went in a week ago to upgrade our phones. We waited a bit, but a relatively helpful salesperson came and worked with us. We took a long time because we were getting two new phones. She had to walk us through different options and then help us transfer our data to the new phone. She sometimes had to walk away from us to help other customers. It was understandable that she couldn't sit with us the whole time. When we were done, she told me to hold on to my old phone until I was sure that everything got transferred correctly. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. Now the not so positive portion: A week later, I returned to the store to submit my old phone. They were busy today as well. No one tried to help me at first. Eventually, one of them told me that they'd be with me "in just a few minutes." More than a few minutes passed, and another customer came in, who was also directed to wait. There was no mechanism to distinguish who was there first. Meanwhile, the existing customers were still hemming and hawing over all the possible phone choices and the employee just stood by, not particularly interested in parallel processing, unlike the person we worked with last week. I don't expect to be served immediately, but it would have been nice to know how long the expected wait time was, and to be given some sort of indicator that there was some sort of a service queue. I would have also been happy to just go away and do everything over mail instead of bothering them if the store only wants to sell new phones to customers -- if they could have just told me. The store could have been more efficient if they do just the bare minimum of triage or expectation setting.

Went online to the website and made an appointment at 8:53 AM figuring it was a longshot that they would actually be able to accommodate my 12 noon request and voilà-Joe comes to the rescue! He calls me and lets me know he's en route to my location and would call me upon arrival, which he surely did. He came upstairs to my office, fixed my screen, provided me with another screen protector at a relatively minimal cost and he even helped me and my crazed self become untangled from my necklace and headphones (don't ask!). Joe was super cool, personable and most importantly-fast! 20 mins later, screen was fixed and he was on his way. I honestly think he was finished sooner than he called me but was giving me a few more minutes because I was so frazzled. Excellent customer service and job well done.
