He acknowledged us immediately upon entry And advised that he would be with us as soon as he was able. As we waited, several other customers walked in. Although it was clear he was going to be very busy for a while because he was the only employee there, Joseph never lost his cool. He acknowledged everyone upon their entry and apologized for their wait. When it was our turn, Joseph was great. He answered all of my questions and took care of receiving in the boxes we were returning and getting us the boxes we needed in their place. As we were leaving, two other employees finally showed up. However, they both looked like they were not happy to be there. Although Joseph was busy and, I'm sure, very stressed, he kept a smile on his face, and he was very accommodating and welcoming to everybody. On this day, Joseph was the rockstar and the one reason we had such a positive experience.

They did not get the photos copied so I went back a couple days later. I was still feeling good about my purchase until another sales person tole me it would cost $25 to do the copy. Essential where they plug my old and new phone in a device and push a button. Rather than trying to help me or give me an alternative they just said take it or leave it. I went to a real Verizon store (they are not a real Verizon store) and immediately was given a way to do this myself. Yeah! Since Executive Wireless is only interested about taking money out of our pocket I highly recommend not using their services or buying products from any of their stores. They also said I had 14 days to do this but the manager could waive this for me up to 30 days. I later found out the phone was only out of stock at that PARTICULAR location and they refused to let me trade the phone in to buy at another location and since it was past the 14 days I couldn't even trade in there. Verizon said I shouldn't go to authorized stores only corporate locations to keep things like this from happening. Apparently it is a common occurrence. They teach their employees to lie and cheat so that you will buy from their location and get trapped. The phone they sold me is absolutely horrible.
