I've been trying to get a proof of purchase for an iPad from 2019, which Apple requires to restore my device, and AT&T has been an absolute nightmare. Despite repeated requests, they cannot locate old receipts and their system provides almost no help. Customer service passes you from one rep to another, and I was given conflicting information about whether it's even possible to retrieve historic purchase records. It's ridiculously frustrating that a company the size of AT&T cannot provide basic documentation proving I purchased a device on my account. For a simple request like a receipt or proof of ownership, the process is long, confusing, and unhelpful. If you ever need old records from AT&T, prepare for hours on the phone and very little resolution. read more

Nice service, but they always sign you up for Asurion insurance without your permission. It has happened the last two times I have visited the store. During the last visit, the guy even said that he was not signing me up for it. Turns out he did. Now I am on the phone trying to figure out how to cancel it! Waste of my time! read more

This was the second time I came into this store. First time there was only 2 staff working and the wait was over 25 minutes. They were helpful and assisted with 2 items I needed: replace my screen protector & upload photos to the cloud. The staff cleared up both items and I left very satisfied besides the wait. Second time, I wanted to replace a second phone screen protector. This time the staff had 3 workers present. I'll give the fact that it was New Year's Day, but with only 2 customers ahead of me I had to wait almost an hour to get help. The staff did find a discount on a product, but then didn't believe it was so cheap. Then this staff member went to ask a manager if this product could be so cheap. They came back to offer a second product for a little more than the original non-discounted price. We said, "no thanks, we'll take the one." This second experience definitely soured my visit to AT&T. read more

This review is for corporate AT&T. Not the store itself. We will post on all AT&T yelp page since it's within the family and there is no specific corporate page. We have been loyal AT&T customers for 15 years. We have a grandfather in unlimited data. So you would think they're honor and appreciate their loyal clients, but no. They're just a bunch of greedy service provider. Since they're are not offering unlimited data anymore. They decided to sent us a letter raising it by $5 more. This is a second letter we've received within 3 months. So every 3 months it seems we get another $5 increase in our plans. What a rip off. That's how AT&T treats their loyal customers of 15 years. So to all of you yelper in search of service providers. Keep in mind. AT&T does not care about you. They're out their to make $$$. So go with whichever provider that treats you the best with the best rates. read more

Christopher was extremely rude to work with. i was simply returning my phone and without knowing anything about my situation he proceeds to laugh in my face at me, insinuate i shouldn't have the options i was given last week for a new phone, and aggressively snatched my phone out of my hand whilst i was just simply attempting to keep it on, as he asked me to do rudely as well. he really does not know customer service and this reflected very poorly on your store. luckily you have Jess, who was extremely helpful last week, unfortunately i did not have the pleasure of working with jess today and was put with christopher and i will not be returning again if he is working. read more

I walked in around 4:45 PM on Saturday to buy a new iPhone. There appeared to be two people working and both were with customers. I waited patiently and walked around the store looking at the phones, the two sales people did not make eye contact or greet me still after 10 minutes of being in the store. I actually set off the alarm on the iPhone X Display phone and it continued to go off for over five minutes before one of the employees came over and turned it off. The employee told me I "needed to be careful with the phone", like I had any idea or somehow mishandled the phone. She then said there was a sensor that was broken and needed to be fixed. After turning off the alarm and 'warning me', she went right back to her customer saying absolutely nothing to me about what I needed or wanted or 'we're pretty busy, I'll be with you shortly'. I was prepared to wait when I walked in knowing the time and location. The two salespeople seemed to be nice and helpful to the customers they were tending to but the lack of awareness for others on the floor or walking in was pretty infuriating. I needed to upgrade my phone which was severely damaged. I decided to order my phone online and pick it up at this location. I called them in advance to ask them about their policy on identification. I misplaced my ID and could not find it at the time. The first time I called I asked the gentleman can I just bring my major credit card to verify. I also told him that I had a picture of my ID (the front and back of it) and could they verify me that way. He told me no that I had to have my physical ID. I called back to ask if I could just go on the dmv website to retrieve the paper version of my ID. The dmv gives you a paper version until the physical ID arrives in the mail. Danyell S. told me that was also not accepted. I had to drive home from my location and search for my ID. When I got my ID I placed my order online to receive within two hours. I drove 30 minutes to this store specifically because they were the only store who had my phone in stock. When I arrived there I was notified that my payment did not go through. So I used the same card via Apple Pay. While I was waiting I decided that I wanted a specific case and screen protector. All of the screen protectors were opened! So I asked them did they have anymore in stock. Danyell S told me no. So I asked well since the box is open (open box) can I get a discount. Shetold me no it hasn't been used. I told her well AT&T charges a restocking fee for open phones and accessories. She did not accommodate me in any kind of way. I decided not to get anything extra. She sarcastically asked me about setting up my phone. I was too upset and just decided to just walk out and setup my phone myself. read more

I was a former patron at the mall location until 2 years ago. I stopped going there and considered leaving AT&T all together because of a bad experience there. I then decided not to give up an went to the Town Center location. These guys resolved my issue, and found me savings in my bill. They have treated me with respect and as a valued customer ever since. Bought my second iPad from them yesterday. Keep up the good work. He was very informative, spoke clearly and explained every step of the way. Actually, he should be in the marketing business. I would give this store 0 stars if possible. I went to this AT&T store to replace my phone and the employee, Chris was so rude. He answered the phone and was continuously rude to the customer on the phone even catching an attitude because he couldn't understand the person. He then complained to his coworker about the customer in front of three other customers. I tried to get his attention for help on my phone, but he was not paying me much mind. When asking him to actually assist us instead of everything else he was doing he proceeded to say that he had a strike policy and kicked us out of the store since he thought we were "rude". I have been AT&T customer for years and have been attempting to do an upgrade on a few plans. I visited this store a few weeks ago and encountered a sales person with whom I was very upfront about my time available to make a transaction and exactly what I wanted to do. He began to proceed to (at length) tell me about the programs at which I interrupted him and reminded him that I didn't need a pitch and to please let me know what it would take to do the upgrades I was interested in doing. He then became short and told me he needed to tell me about the special program. I explained again that I just wanted to get the upgrades and he became very rude. I then left the store (abruptly). Today I attempted again to get two upgraded phones and was greeted by the same sales specialist. With a sarcastic tone he said "how much time do you have this time!" I asked for another person and the manager asked why I couldn't work work with his sales person and I asked him to help me instead. He refused and said he was busy doing something else. Again I left the store. Pretty unfortunate as all I wanted to do was upgrade 2 phones and add another line to my plan. read more

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this location! Usually dealing with AT&T stores is a pain, takes forever, and is confusing. This store makes everything easy. They sign you in when you get there and find out your needs so you are waiting for the right people. They even will multitask with customers when they can to speed up your appointment. I usually have been helped by Chris, who once drove to another location for me to pickup the correct device for me so I could have it before a trip. Everyone here has been kind and handled my account with care. This store has helped me update my account, answer insurance questions, handle exchanges for broken equipment, and purchase new devices. It's not possible to go into a phone store and not have to wait, but I really appreciate when a store makes it as efficient as possible. read more

DO NOT buy a phone here. The manager has deliberately misled me repeatedly about the arrival time for the phone. Honesty is much better but he doesn't understand that.
