Paid the $15 for the phone and bought the protection plan. They told me the screen was cracked on the iPad and it would be a $120 to fix it. products that last less than a week are a ripoff.

I took my 5 year old iPad Pro to them after I finally dropped it and had a pretty good sized crack in the screen. When I called they said $100 then when I got there they said I mentioned iPad not Pro and it was $250. Fine still seems reasonable. I returned a couple hours later and the new screen was on. Oh one more thing... the touch sensor doesn't work any more. Maybe not a big deal to them but I use it constantly for passwords. He knocked off 20 bucks. That night I texted the owner... nice guy. He said take it in tomorrow and they'll fix it. Not true. Apparently the touch sensor will NEVER work so I am out $230 for an iPad that will tick me off constantly. I said put the old screen on since it was pretty usable with the original crack. Except the screen they put back on looked like it had a jackhammer taken to it. And now the home doesn't work AT ALL. And most of the screen isn't touch sensitive. I have to push the power button and spin it around to enter passcode. Good photo below. So I have my old iPad back but it is a complete piece of crap compared to what it looked like when I arrived.

Cellairis - This didn't happen from when I dropped it on the street with a case on. Guess who did this.

To be fair it was an accident but both him and his associate claimed to not be at fault when he clearly broke it. Then after clarifying, they tried to low ball me when replacing the $60 battery case. They tried to weasel out of the situation but after wasting my time even more they agreed to replace it but spent even more time looking for cheaper alternatives. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE. My brother was looking to get a quote for a shattered phone screen. The employee accidentally broke his $60 case while trying remove the phone from the said case. His attitude was to push fault onto the us/customer and not accept blame. We went back and forth and eventually another employee chimed in and said they would replace the case. The employee literally said we can probably find it on Amazon for a few bucks. That's just poor customer service. Do not insult the customer's item you just broke. Eventually they agreed to buy the exact same one that was damaged for $60, but it was a long drawn out process. TLDR: Do not come here, unless you want to waste your time and have your personal items damaged. Disrespectful human beings who should never have been employed to work a customer service job

I went in to buy a $1400 iPhone 13 Max, upgrade my plan with AT&T, and walked out with neither. They were mostly unknowledgeable on the differences between plans, what I'm currently paying, and which phone I brought in to exchange. The ATT reps on the phone seem to be able to explain all of that relatively easily. They could pull nothing useful up on their little tablets even though I'm a customer with an account. I asked questions about 5G service with my plan and all I got were buzzword answers. The two guys I spoke to at one table were all glassy eyed and tired looking and didn't have any confident answers. I looked around to see if the other two employees in this empty store could help and they scatterred like flies. You are better off changing to a different cellular provider, or buying online if you need help from AT&T. You won't get it from the people working in this store. This is the store by the food court. The other store is not much better.

It's on the end of the mall I usually go and I love their service. Even though I work an unnamed telecom competitor, I use AT&T because I prefer their mobile service in my area. But anyway, I had an extreme error on my latest bill derived from paying off my iPhone at the Apple store and buying a new one. After several phone calls and visits to each store, I finally got the right person at AT&T at the mall. David was awesome. This took a lot of work and patience for both of us. He listed, believed me and did what it took to correct it. He also kept me updated while he was working the issue with corporate. I chatted with all three associates while waiting on this Friday night. They were all very profession, pleasant and sharp. Hard to believe I didn't know this store existed on the other end of the food court by the movie theaters. The larger AT&T store in the center is a franchise and not an official corporate store. I think I will shop here next as well as the Apple store.

When I arrived, I waited around and eventually one of the guys who was walking by asked if I had been checked in, and he took my name. That minimal contact was it. No one checked on me again or even looked at me twice for half an hour. Eventually, I walked towards the back and told a young woman that I was waiting for my 3:00 pm appointment. She said they would get to me when someone was free. I asked for an estimate of the wait time and she had no response. Usually, in the past, someone in the store at least calls out and greets customers coming in the door in a pleasant tone. Not so here. I understand they are busy, but the whole atmosphere was surly. Eventually, after 40 minutes, one rep who was helping someone else asked what I was waiting for. Then he started to assist me while he was still working with another customer. He was pleasant and helpful, but he explained that he is not actually assigned to that store. Maybe that explains a lot. Because customer service did not seem to be assigned to that store either. I get that they are busy. But a smile and a greeting when people arrive would go a long way. Kudos to Aaron, the visiting Verizon employee with the pleasant attitude who eventually helped me.
