Another criticism, the Asian sales person who set my phone was good but the men he abandoned me. Then this young man (from New Hampshire) helped me because I sat down at his table. It's ridiculously frustrating that a company the size of AT&T cannot provide basic documentation proving I purchased a device on my account. For a simple request like a receipt or proof of ownership, the process is long, confusing, and unhelpful. If you ever need old records from AT&T, prepare for hours on the phone and very little resolution.

I called the main customer service line for T-Mobile and they were surprised that the local store could not do this.
