I was at this Verizon store over the weekend to drop off some cable boxes and pick up new ones…read more We arrived literally five minutes after they had opened and the only employee working at the time, Joseph, was already helping a customer. He acknowledged us immediately upon entry And advised that he would be with us as soon as he was able. As we waited, several other customers walked in. Although it was clear he was going to be very busy for a while because he was the only employee there, Joseph never lost his cool. He acknowledged everyone upon their entry and apologized for their wait. When it was our turn, Joseph was great. He answered all of my questions and took care of receiving in the boxes we were returning and getting us the boxes we needed in their place. As we were leaving, two other employees finally showed up. However, they both looked like they were not happy to be there. Although Joseph was busy and, I'm sure, very stressed, he kept a smile on his face, and he was very accommodating and welcoming to everybody. On this day, Joseph was the rockstar and the one reason we had such a positive experience.

I've never been here and couldn't have any of my questions answered or purchase any equipment I needed on the spot. I've never felt rushed because it's been times I've been here for over an hour trying to get an issue resolved and not once did the Verizon staff member rush me....just always stellar customer service. They take the time to walk me through step-by-step with whatever my issue may be. I wish I could say the same for the kiosk inside of Annapolis Mall. Do yourself a favor and bypass that location and come directly to this location. The staff that I've encountered there isn't customer service orientated and the stock is usually always low of items that you're looking for. This location is convenient, pretty large in size, and the staff is always eager to assist you with your wireless needs.

Went back to Annapolis Mall four times and received some of the worse service I've ever had from a business. Short story stay away from the Annapolis mall AT&T. I'll critique that seperately but this is about the AT&T store in Edgewater. The gentleman who waited on me I believed said his name was Brandon. Seek him out. He waited on me right away. I was having trouble getting Android Auto to work and was being flooded with so many Ads the phone was not useable. I was ready to switch to an IPhone. But he fixed the problems the phone is working great now. His service was excellent. Figured out the problems, fixed them. Showed me what he did. Then had me test the phone. Old saying from when I was in the Navy. Those that know what they are doing get more work. You also here go to the person that's busy for help. Well he deserves all the work he wants and I can't praise the speed and quality to attention any higher. There was a young lady also working in the store. This was the second time I came into this store. First time there was only 2 staff working and the…read morewait was over 25 minutes. They were helpful and assisted with 2 items I needed: replace my screen protector & upload photos to the cloud. The staff cleared up both items and I left very satisfied besides the wait. Second time, I wanted to replace a second phone screen protector. This time the staff had 3 workers present. I'll give the fact that it was New Year's Day, but with only 2 customers ahead of me I had to wait almost an hour to get help. The staff did find a discount on a product, but then didn't believe it was so cheap. Then this staff member went to ask a manager if this product could be so cheap. They came back to offer a second product for a little more than the original non-discounted price. We said, "no thanks, we'll take the one." This second experience definitely soured my visit to AT&T.

Despite repeated requests, they cannot locate old receipts and their system provides almost no help. Customer service passes you from one rep to another, and I was given conflicting information about whether it's even possible to retrieve historic purchase records. It's ridiculously frustrating that a company the size of AT&T cannot provide basic documentation proving I purchased a device on my account. For a simple request like a receipt or proof of ownership, the process is long, confusing, and unhelpful. If you ever need old records from AT&T, prepare for hours on the phone and very little resolution.

Meh... always a somewhat frustrating experience…read more First, the relatively positive portion: My family and I went in a week ago to upgrade our phones. We waited a bit, but a relatively helpful salesperson came and worked with us. We took a long time because we were getting two new phones. She had to walk us through different options and then help us transfer our data to the new phone. She sometimes had to walk away from us to help other customers. It was understandable that she couldn't sit with us the whole time. When we were done, she told me to hold on to my old phone until I was sure that everything got transferred correctly. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. Now the not so positive portion: A week later, I returned to the store to submit my old phone. They were busy today as well. No one tried to help me at first. Eventually, one of them told me that they'd be with me "in just a few minutes." More than a few minutes passed, and another customer came in, who was also directed to wait. There was no mechanism to distinguish who was there first. Meanwhile, the existing customers were still hemming and hawing over all the possible phone choices and the employee just stood by, not particularly interested in parallel processing, unlike the person we worked with last week. I don't expect to be served immediately, but it would have been nice to know how long the expected wait time was, and to be given some sort of indicator that there was some sort of a service queue. I would have also been happy to just go away and do everything over mail instead of bothering them if the store only wants to sell new phones to customers -- if they could have just told me. The store could have been more efficient if they do just the bare minimum of triage or expectation setting.

It has all the necessities such as TUL pens, furniture, printers, and paper. I've never had a long wait in line or problems finding items. Staff is professional and friendly. I've also used their online order / pick up service. My order was ready within 45 minutes, was accurate and super easy to pick up.
