They hate their job and they just want to do the bare minimum. They don't care about the customers and I am glad I closed 4 accounts with T-Mobile. After returning my equipment, the staff member said they cannot close the account in-store. I called the main customer service line for T-Mobile and they were surprised that the local store could not do this. They apologized for the lack of support provided by the local store and mentioned they will investigate further. I also witnessed how the handle calls while in person. They refuse to help customers and quickly dismiss them.

Once I chose a new device, it took about an hour and a half to transfer all of my information to the new phone, purchase the case, screen protector, chargers, etc. But the young woman who was working with me stuck with it until everything was done. She installed the tech support app on my phone, since they handle mostly sales at this location, not tech support.

He seemed to storm off. I think he was upset because the customer was rude. I will give an update if I purchase the phone! I am trading a iPhone 12. It lasted a long time! Update- I had to wait over 2 hours to erase my data on my phone, set up new phone and make the purchase. I purchased the 17.
