I've never been here and couldn't have any of my questions answered or purchase any equipment I needed on the spot. I've never felt rushed because it's been times I've been here for over an hour trying to get an issue resolved and not once did the Verizon staff member rush me....just always stellar customer service. They take the time to walk me through step-by-step with whatever my issue may be. I wish I could say the same for the kiosk inside of Annapolis Mall. Do yourself a favor and bypass that location and come directly to this location. The staff that I've encountered there isn't customer service orientated and the stock is usually always low of items that you're looking for. This location is convenient, pretty large in size, and the staff is always eager to assist you with your wireless needs.

Meh... always a somewhat frustrating experience…read more First, the relatively positive portion: My family and I went in a week ago to upgrade our phones. We waited a bit, but a relatively helpful salesperson came and worked with us. We took a long time because we were getting two new phones. She had to walk us through different options and then help us transfer our data to the new phone. She sometimes had to walk away from us to help other customers. It was understandable that she couldn't sit with us the whole time. When we were done, she told me to hold on to my old phone until I was sure that everything got transferred correctly. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. Now the not so positive portion: A week later, I returned to the store to submit my old phone. They were busy today as well. No one tried to help me at first. Eventually, one of them told me that they'd be with me "in just a few minutes." More than a few minutes passed, and another customer came in, who was also directed to wait. There was no mechanism to distinguish who was there first. Meanwhile, the existing customers were still hemming and hawing over all the possible phone choices and the employee just stood by, not particularly interested in parallel processing, unlike the person we worked with last week. I don't expect to be served immediately, but it would have been nice to know how long the expected wait time was, and to be given some sort of indicator that there was some sort of a service queue. I would have also been happy to just go away and do everything over mail instead of bothering them if the store only wants to sell new phones to customers -- if they could have just told me. The store could have been more efficient if they do just the bare minimum of triage or expectation setting.

Once I chose a new device, it took about an hour and a half to transfer all of my information to the new phone, purchase the case, screen protector, chargers, etc. But the young woman who was working with me stuck with it until everything was done. So far I am just waiting to buy a phone. Why is it so hard to purchase a phone in the store…read more There are so many sales people in the store. The guy walked away after arguing with a customer. He seemed to storm off. I think he was upset because the customer was rude. I will give an update if I purchase the phone! I am trading a iPhone 12. It lasted a long time! Update- I had to wait over 2 hours to erase my data on my phone, set up new phone and make the purchase. I purchased the 17. Another criticism, the Asian sales person who set my phone was good but the men he abandoned me. Then this young man (from New Hampshire) helped me because I sat down at his table. He told me some inside secrets so I appreciated what he did for me. I finally left the store at 2:00 pm.
