Can I have your AT&T-ention please? This is a pretty handy phone store inside the mall at Polaris in Columbus. I've had good experiences here on both occasions that I've been in - one time to buy an accessory for my Galaxy, which I didn't buy despite needing it badly (price issue more than selection issue), and this most recent time a couple of months ago to inquire about switching over from Verizon (ugh). I am giving this review because of the rude service I received today at the AT&T store in Polaris Mall. I walked in store and was told someone would be with me in a moment I sat at a table and waited at least 5 minutes while 4 people sat together at the front of the store drinking sodas and talking. When I got up and walked no one said a word to me. I was never greeted or asked what I was in the store for they did not care. Frustrated with poor customer service. read more

Due to the year change my phones clock and calendar froze and I became unable to receive texts or phone calls. After several fruitless attempts online to get the problem solved online tech support set me up with an in person appointment. I was assured that the problem would be diagnosed and fixed right then and there. Instead I was in out in 5 minutes because of how unhelpful they were. After briefly looking at my phone I was told to either take it somewhere else that may or may not actually be able to do anything (at an address I had never heard of and that they made no effort to help me find) or to buy a new phone. Then they snootily informed me that that was helping me when I told them they had rendered no help. Worst experience ever and I still have no working phone. read more

I switched to at&t in May 2016 from verizon. And the only reason I did, they had a deal buy one galaxy s7 and get one free. I went to AT&T store at Polaris mall and signed a deal for 2 lines, one for me one for my fiance from Ukraine. However, she was coming to US only at the end of July and I needed line for myself in May, so I asked when the buy one get one free deal ends. They did not know, so I asked if I can use a deal and buy 2 phones now, but they will activate the second line in July. They checked and said : no problem. I put 500 down and the rest 300 i financed( at least that what I thought). They activated second line in July( btw, apparently buy one, get one free deal ended June 30). Then I started receiving bills billong for 2 phones full price less 250 each(out of 500 down I paid initially). I waited a few month thinking they will adjust it. That never happened. I went to the store at Polaris and they said nothing they can do and I have to call AT&T directly. I did and representative said they are working on that and the manager will call me soon. No one ever did. I contacted them a few times, same result. Looks like they think because it's a big company they can do whatever they want completely ignoring the deals they promise. Because of the store's representative fault I had to pay for it( 2 phones i stead of 1) and no one wants to take responsibility. And by the way I had store representative to put in the contract that they should honotlr buy one get one free deal when I signed it. Will never ever come back to AT&T and do not recommend. read more

Waited for over 25 minutes without being helped. When I asked how much longer it might be the snarky answer was "I have no idea, someone else will have to help you". I left and went elsewhere. read more
