Not only was my screen still damaged, but Alif did a terrible job of removing the screen, tearing the home button when trying to remove it so the home screen was no longer working. He also forgot to replace two screws on the battery shield. Finally, the proxy sensor shield was missing completely. When I returned, my phone was like new and he'd also installed a new screen protector for me gratis. (I was thankful for this because I am not skilled in this way and they always come out wonky!)
