It's a decent phone store at a huge mall, but I don't see the AT&Traction, personally. This is a pretty handy phone store inside the mall at Polaris in Columbus. I've had good experiences here on both occasions that I've been in - one time to buy an accessory for my Galaxy, which I didn't buy despite needing it badly (price issue more than selection issue). And this most recent time a couple of months ago to inquire about switching over from Verizon (ugh). They were helpful and useful and I appreciate the people working here. Had to change my rating on this one as it turns out Kaylee and Miesha were not fantastic. They were supposed to cancel lines and an account started in another store by an employee that didn't really know what he was doing. Welllll they were so eager to make a sale I guess they forgot to do this part. A few months after we visit this store my husband starts getting emails from AT&T saying we owe them over 2k for an account and numbers we have no clue about!!! You guessed it, this was the original account they were supposed to cancel but never did. read more

Of course my trusted iPhone 7 decided to fall apart in the middle of a pandemic! After acting weird for a few days, I was heavily influenced by my nine year old niece to pull the trigger and finally get a new phone. If she has a new iPhone 11, I gotta have one too right?! I handled the majority of my transaction online. I picked out the phone I wanted, paid, and received pick up instructions via email. I was pumped to learn that they were offering curbside pick up and that I didn't need to wait for the new phone to arrive in the mail. Safe pick up and I get to leave the house for a quick drive up 71?! So much excitement! Welp, I arrived and pulled into the parking spot that directly faces the front doors. A younger gentleman with an iPad in his hands turned and looked at me, then looked away. I waited for a few minutes to see if he would come out and he did not. I eventually walked in and he asked how he could help. I immediately told him I was told my item was for curbside pickup only and he shrugged it off and acted like it was no big deal. Very confusing. He didn't have any protective gear on or anything so I just chalked up to either him being lazy or the large corporate giant that is AT&T wasn't doing a great job of communicating this process with their employees. In under fifteen minutes I was walking back to my car. The entire experience was smooth except for my interaction with an actual human being. Customer service is always a priority for me when working with large companies like this so I definitely docked a couple stars for the lack of friendliness, thoroughness, and ability to provide curbside assistance. Pro tip - Don't wear your slippers for a quick curbside pick up. You might have to go in afterall. read more

I've had mixed interactions with different AT&T stores. This was my far the best!! Erik greeted me right away and was so welcoming and eager to help. I told them exactly what I needed done and they didn't waste time trying to upsell me. They reviewed my account and ended up saving me 45$ a month because of some redundancies on my protection packages. Dyllen was kind and helpful and did an outstanding job. This is my third Columbus location I have visited... by far my BEST experience. Keep up the good work guys!!! read more

There really isn't much to review, it's an AT&T store. Much like any other AT&T store. But I feel the need to praise the customer service here. Yasmeen was so nice in helping me switch from Sprint (who is now my arch nemesis). She laughed at my dumb jokes and was just all around great while setting everything up. When she was helping someone else, other employees came by to make sure everything was still okay. Usually I end up leaving a phone store annoyed with the lack of help and with the blasé attitude a lot of the customer service providers seem to have toward, you know, providing customer service. But I left the other day in record time and with out a single complaint. Also, a lot of their super cute phone cases tend to be on sale. I just got a rifle paper co case for 50% off. read more

Whenever I come here, the employees make mistakes and charge us more than what we expected, and they make the newest employee to do the hardest work. I was there for more than 3 hours to just enroll in for the firstnet program. Wasn't informed that we had to individually make new accounts for all of our lines which we were told in the middle of process so we couldn't cancel or anything. I felt bad for the newbie also that he had to go though this too but it was just excruciating that the other workers didn't even pay attention to us. They ended up having issues with the account that they had to call the customer service. But the newbie couldn't understand what the customer service was asking for and I actually had to help the employee what she was asking. I don't even know if my accounts are created with no issue and extra charge. Will never come here again. read more

I had new AT&T service installed at my home (U-verse Internet and phone with Direct TV) in early July. Well after the tech had gone, I discovered that my old phone number had NOT be ported (transferred) over to my new account. Thus began my saga with AT&T. After numerous calls and hours on the phone with my success - I went to the AT&T store to see if they could help. Coby (name tag indicated she was a manager) and Marco (one of the agents working in the store) took ownership of the issue and promised to get it resolved. After a week, it was still unresolved and I made a 2nd trip to the store. During my 1st visit, Coby spent well over 30 minutes on the phone with the AT&T bureaucracy trying to get the issue fixed and she thought it was resolved. During my 2nd visit, Coby was tied up and Marco started helping me. When Coby was free, she jumped in to help. I was there for over an hour. When I left, they promised the issue would be resolved within 72 hours and gave me both of their phone numbers. The problem was resolved in 72 hours. I am very impressed at the amount of time and effort that both of these individuals put into helping me get my phone issues resolved. During my 2 hours in the store over the 2 visits, I had a lot of time to observe the other agents in action and I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of all the agents in the store. They treated everyone with a very courteous attitude and seemed very knowledgeable about AT&T products and services. read more

So I entered this store didn't even get noticed. I have been coming to this store for a while and believe me the employees don't even recognize a customer enters. First off, I have been with at&t for a long time. I had cracked my phone screen, prompting me that my phone was paid off so I would go switch my lines and get a new phone. I go in and no one walked up to me, they actually all run to the back. Which is frustrating BUT not the big issue I have. I go in, and Michael finally comes up to me, I told him my issues and he tells me that I need to have my mom go in and request a billing transfer, and he said that was a lengthy process, I then call my mom from the parking lot and she transfers it QUICK. Which I thought that, then he was just saying that to get me out of the store. So then I go back in as I get a text message that says that I need to do the transfer within 14 days or the process will start over. So I go back in, because I am already in front of the building, he then proceeded to tell me THEY DONT DO THAT IN THE STORE. Then I ask why, he says with a nasty remark, "because we just don't" laughing, and being a smart a** about it. Well you know what, you have lost my buisness, I turned right around called and canceled my line with you guys and went right over to Verizon where they were SO nice and they helped me immediately, I walked out with a brand new iPhone XS. Asked them to pay off one of our phones and they paid off the wrong one. We even questioned why instead of $475, it was $507 as quoted last week. Called ATT and they helped us out some,but still had to come up with a lot of money. Told us to return to the store and all I got was: unfortunately it's true, once you pay off a phone, it can't be changed. Not even asking who was the salesperson or even saying sorry. I have been with At&t for over 3 years now. The customer service is terrible. They wouldn't unlock my phones for 3 days and we had no ervice for days because of them. We were paying 200-300 dollars more per year before we switched to verizon. I will never go back to At&t as long as I live. read more
