The store wasn't crowded and the employee promptly greeted and assisted me. I gave the store mine that day. I received a new phone (my wife's was on backorder so she sent it in after she received her new one). We were told not to worry about the first bill, because all credits would get applied the second or third billing cycle once they received my wife's phone. This is when thing go down hill. Three billing cycles later, and after calling T-mobile, our bill for two phones/lines remained at $234 a month. We were promised multiple discounts from this store they could not follow through on. We were being charged almost $40 a month for "equipment costs". T-mobile customer service advised me to go back into this store to get it worked out but the guy working kept saying "we can't do anything". He couldn't take off the $40 worth of equipment costs (equipment being our new phones) and he couldn't take off the $42 in protection plans. When I said I wanted to return everything, he told me we can't because it's been longer than 14 days (above I was told to wait 2 or 3 billing cycles for all credits to get applied). He couldn't help in any way. When I started getting upset, he kept saying "all I am trying to do is help". We received very little of what they committed to. Bait and switch at this location. Promises with no follow through. Get them sold and get them out. I had to spend an hour on the phone with T-mobile customer service to get what I was promised. I will never go into this store again...I would advise you find another T-mobile location.

Great service from this location…read more Stopped in to get some paint for my bedroom and the staff was extremely helpful. We just bought a new house and have been working to get everything upgraded. I imagined that going in to get paint, they would be super pushy to get me to add on a lot of stuff, totally not the case. They made the entire experience very enjoyable. So my comments for the product. Before going in I already had a couple of colors picked out by using their ipad app. For the most part, I would say the colors turned out how I had expected. The picture I took of my room was with the light on, so it made the colors seem a bit lighter than they actually were. My only recommendation would be to take multiple pictures and lightings, that way you know how it will look at all times. Not disappointed in my one light picture tough, the paint turned out great. We went with the emerald with the eggshell sheen. I ended up doing a couple of coats for the dark blue that we had, the light grey covered well with only one coat. The paint is very thick and so great to use. Never had issue with dripping or splashing off from the roller.

This location has a pretty large selection, although the prices are very high and, in my opinion, not worth paying without a sale like the BOGO. During this past visit, the store's computers went down. It was really no problem to wait, and I totally get how stressful a situation like that can be in when you have a line. But maybe 4 employees stood there like sheep while a guy who seemed to be manager did all the work of calling help, troubleshooting, and talking to customers. One of them said, "Our computers went down," to the line without making eye contact with a single person in line or projecting loud enough for the back to hear. It probably could have been a much less chaotic experience to have one of those employees come out from behind the counter to inform the line of the delay or stand outside the door to inform entering patrons that the register is down, and as they loudly discussed, may not be back up by close. HOWEVER, the maybe-manager deserves major kudos, as he was clearly doing everything he could trying to get the computers back online as soon as possible. I don't think it was his fault at all that the other employees stood there, as he was heavily multitasking as is. Thanks to him, we were able to check out just a few minutes later and he even checked in to see if we had a rewards account to make sure we could receive them since the computers essentially reset. Very appreciative of them!

They were both genuinely awesome-- very genial, personable, and still professional. The level of care and service they provided is one that is hard to come by, in my opinion. They used blankets and plastic wrap to protect my belongings (I had tried to plastic wrap some of my nicer items, but they took the time to wrap even those items I didn't have time for). It was pouring rain, yet they were friendly and efficient the entire time. They even took great care to ensure my floors didn't get muddy when coming in and out of the house (totally unnecessary, but still greatly appreciated!). I couldn't have asked for a better experience. PS- I have used BellHops for at least one other past move and had an equally pleasant experience. This wasn't just a one-off occurrence.
