Later when trying to remove the battery, I noticed the small allen head bolt was 'twisted' off. This prevented me from having access to the battery compartment. I immediately went back to the store and explained it to the manager, he said, "we'll take care of this and replace" After a 2 week wait, I was told today that it was my fault, and they could not replace. So much for taking care of a good customer...no offer to help rectify the situation, either. ALT Smoke (campus) always has the friendliest employees and I'm always surprised when they say, "you get 10$ off today, do you want to use it?"

For one I asked him the deals and he thought about it for a minute, then gave me numbers that didn't make sense. It turned out to be more expensive to buy multiples, than just one item. He didn't enter anything in, just reiterated the price. He's just a total d-bag. Maybe he was having a bad day, I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt.
