I immediately received a call from Mark, (The General Manager) on how he would handle the warranty & said give me 24-hours, he called the very next day. Spring Air would not warranty their mattress. When he found out about what was going, he promised me, he would make things right. Well he did, (now keep in mind, I understand WNS can't just give me a free mattress 7 years later but just short of that) not only did he go above and beyond any of my expectations, I am a 100% satisfied customer but more importantly, a customer for life. Big thanks to everyone at Water Beds N Stuff that made this unfortunate situation of mine right!!! This company stands behind their customers & products even years later after the sale, that's how good they are.
