Decent selection, but terrible customer service. With so many vape shops around town, I'd look for a better option if I was you. I came here for the first time today, looked like a nice shop. The space is big and open with lots of racks of juice and a wide selection of devices to choose from. I have a eleaf trim mod that only goes up to 20w and I was looking for a larger tank to go with it. The guy at the counter suggested the tobeco super mini tank and said it should work fine with my device. I bought it, and tried it out and was unhappy to discover it leaked everywhere! I came back in and they said well maybe it was my device or my juice, and that it was "normal" to have juice go in your mouth when you inhale. Um no it's not, but ok then. So I asked for a return and store credit at the least. The guy went and talked to the manager and said sorry nothing we can do. So you sell me a faulty device, try and make up excuses why it doesn't function properly, and then just say sorry too bad? Shops could probably get away with this back in the day, but with so many vape shops around and so many online stores available, customers have too many options to shop at a store with such disregard for the customer. It's sad that a local business would rather lose a customer than even consider giving a partial refund of a measly $20. Is losing a new customer really worth $20 to this shop? What a bad way to run a business. Even if they had zero fault in this situation I would still expect them to try and work with me. So it's really sad that they would sell me a device that doesn't work properly and be so unwilling to do anything to make the situation right. Avoid this place, there are better options , read more

To the guitar-bro that mentioned my name in his review. I didn't put the entire story in my last review because I didn't want to write five pages of a novel. I'm really happy you had a great conversation with the store employees. It means nothing when it comes down to actual business. Go buy an atomizer from this store for a $120 and put more cash at stake. And then when you run into a problem go back to the store and tell them you've replaced all the replaceable parts in it and you aren't getting consistent quality out of your purchase and that you want to take it back. Remember though, this is after the store employees has told you twice that you have 30 days to bring it back for any reason The employees at the store won't believe your consistent quality complaint and they will "need to take 50 hits to experience the problem" for themselves before they make good on their promise that "you can bring it back for any reason." I'm not kidding, they will keep you standing around there for five minutes doing nothing but watch them puff on your atomizer and chat with the other customers. After 50 hits go by they don't make good on their promise to return your money and just get it over with to satisfy you as a customer but instead they give you a new coil after you tell them you replaced the coils twice already and had the same problem every time. They still don't take your product back after all this but instead they screw their own new coil into your atomizer so tight that human beings on their own can't take it out. LITERALLY! So you're gonna have to take it back to them for A THIRD TIME after you realize the coil has been tightened to a point that it probably stripped the medal. Supposedly these are "vapor experts" that don't understand you're not supposed to choke the coil screwing it in. So you go back to get some assistance with your ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLAR purchase for a THIRD time. So the next step is the manager or whoever will decide to take a pair of PLIERS to remove the stuck coil, that they themselves put in too tight. They get the coil out with the pliers but also scratch the paint job on your 60 gallons of gasoline atomizer, I mean $120 purchase! And when you complain to them about the damage they caused right to your face you will have more than one employee blow you off and tell you "it's just the paint". I should have asked for one of their battery/atomizers and scratched theirs with pliers. After all "IT'S JUST THE PAINT!" Remember though... you only get this wonderful service on your fourth or fifth trip to the store. But here's the happy ending! It's the last trip you'll make back to their store, I promise. After your fifth and hopefully final trip, you will finally get your money back and this company will finally honor the lip service of its employees instead of screwing with you further and further. I love this place! These guys are quirky but in an awesome way. Very helpful, talkative, friendly, knowledgable...and that's just the staff! They have a great selection of juice and hardware, a table to sit at in the middle, a comfortable couch area with a TV if that's what you're into, and a huge vape bar with almost too many juice samples to test. I've been going to vape stores in Around Columbus for a few years now. Some of them are decent and have good people in them. Quite a few have borderline rude owners/employees who would rather hang out with their friends then give me good service. Hands down #1 shop in Columbus. Now.... Something is bothering me about these reviews. There was a reviewer called Robert S. who gave a 1 star and a scathing review. He said the place was too smokey, that the employees wouldn't honor a warranty, that the good reviews were from "shills" with only 5 reviews on their record. And, (this one made me laugh haha) that the vapor fog reminded him of all the bacteria being breathed in the air. Turned me away for showing a passport instead of a license even tho I had my license as well. Employees and owners are more strict with identification than any liquor store yet they let their little children run in the store after hours surrounded by a thick cloud of vapor. Great shop for both juices and devices. Large selection of vg/pg and salt nic juices to sample and choose from. There is a large area to just hangout and get all your questions answered and device managed (I.e. coil changes). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, I'm greeted by 1-3 people every time I walk in; they will even stick with you while you ask questions or try juices. No customer service. Paid over a hundred dollars for a vape set up less than a week ago. The back won't stay on in my pocket. It's magnetized and when I pull it out the magnet isn't strong enough and always falls off and the batteries fall out hitting the ground. After it damaged the $40 set of batteries I had to buy from hitting the ground, I went to return the vape pen. They treated me like dirt, and that they wouldn't take it back because it wasn't a manufactured problem. To me it's a manufactured problem when the magnet isn't strong enough for everyday use. They'll never get a penny from me ever again, and from the looks of the 3:1 ratio of workers to customer (me) they need every penny they can get. Horrible business practices. read more

First time in get 10% off, so make sure to mention that. I bought a Deathwish custom Cthulu mod, Vapor gate Mason Dumptank (40mm), 2x 120mL juices, battery cases & custom drip tip. Only thing they didn't have on my list was a nice mid-high end ohm meter & pre-built coils. They don't carry wireshots either. Can I add another 5 stars to my review? Went in last week to buy coils. One of the employees told me to get something different than what I had been using (which was the one that came in my kit. I'm new to all this.) I bought a box of five. Put one in when I got home and HATED it. Used it for a day to see if I'd get used to it and no go. I went back a couple days later. The guy recognized me. I told him that I didn't like the ones he recommended and he immediately handed me a 5 pack of the ones I had been using. I told him I only had 4 in the box I was returning because I had used the one to find out I didn't like it. Despite my objection, he insisted I take the 5 pack. Top notch customer service. I have been into a lot of vapor shops in Columbus, this one has been the most impressive so far. The selection of juice is the best and largest I have ever seen, all of them are easy to sample and peruse unlike some shops. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, one staff member took the time to help me with my coil builds by walking me through it step by step, he didn't even charge me for the service. The prices are comparable to other places but the shop is so much cleaner and loses that dark and dingy feeling some vape shops have.
