My father in law turned to vaping to ween from cigarettes. After going to two separate vape places in downtown Columbus and getting ripped off and uneducated we found Top Notch Vape. Jess was absolutely amazing. She spent an hour with us picking out the perfect vape for his lifestyle and then proceeded to educate us on how to put together and maintain his new vape. The care and patience she had was unreal. My husband, who has been vaping for years even learned a thing or two! Thank you so much Jess and the Top Notch Vape Team for being awesome!! read more

Decent selection, but terrible customer service. With so many vape shops around town, I'd look for a better option if I was you. I came here for the first time today, looked like a nice shop. The space is big and open with lots of racks of juice and a wide selection of devices to choose from. I have a eleaf trim mod that only goes up to 20w and I was looking for a larger tank to go with it. The guy at the counter suggested the tobeco super mini tank and said it should work fine with my device. I bought it, and tried it out and was unhappy to discover it leaked everywhere! I came back in and they said well maybe it was my device or my juice, and that it was "normal" to have juice go in your mouth when you inhale. Um no it's not, but ok then. So I asked for a return and store credit at the least. The guy went and talked to the manager and said sorry nothing we can do. So you sell me a faulty device, try and make up excuses why it doesn't function properly, and then just say sorry too bad? Shops could probably get away with this back in the day, but with so many vape shops around and so many online stores available, customers have too many options to shop at a store with such disregard for the customer. It's sad that a local business would rather lose a customer than even consider giving a partial refund of a measly $20. Is losing a new customer really worth $20 to this shop? What a bad way to run a business. Even if they had zero fault in this situation I would still expect them to try and work with me. So it's really sad that they would sell me a device that doesn't work properly and be so unwilling to do anything to make the situation right. Avoid this place, there are better options , read more

I can't say enough about Top Notch Vapor! The owner and staff are just amazing! They always take the time to listen and have the perfect recommendations! I am far from a expert vapor and they have been so patient with me! Thank you for being my goto Vape shop! I only buy my supplies from here and i live in Cleveland! It's worth the drive! read more

Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me with finding a new mod after a quick diagnosis of my setup from a shop in Savannah. They found out I was given the wrong type of tank and batteries for the mod I had and found the best way for me to keep using the same tank, coils, and batteries. read more

I LOVE this place. I'm always in and out in less than 5 minutes, unless I am buying a new ecig. The staff is always very friendly and they take the time to explain everything thoroughly. read more

Vape? Need choices or options? Well look no further. They have more choices than you will know what to do with and they have some of the most known brands too. The staff is knowledgeable about the industry so answering a question comes second nature to them. They also have a good selection of devices as well if you're looking to upgrade or start vaping. read more

I come here to get my juice. Smoothol non nicotine menthol. Remember back in the day when a menthol cigarette would coat your whole mouth with minty coolness, then they did something and now menthol cigarettes aren't the same? Smoothol takes me back to those times. Ahhhh. Anyhow I would give this place five stars but I bought a joytech vape that was total garbage and I smashed it against the floor at work because I was that pissed off. Parking is okay. The bathrooms are clean. The staff is cool. The guy who sold me the crappy joytech vape was the chubby dude whose hair is greying. read more

To the guitar-bro that mentioned my name in his review. I didn't put the entire story in my last review because I didn't want to write five pages of a novel. I'm really happy you had a great conversation with the store employees. It means nothing when it comes down to actual business. Go buy an atomizer from this store for a $120 and put more cash at stake. And then when you run into a problem go back to the store and tell them you've replaced all the replaceable parts in it and you aren't getting consistent quality out of your purchase and that you want to take it back. Remember though, this is after the store employees has told you twice that you have 30 days to bring it back for any reason The employees at the store won't believe your consistent quality complaint and they will "need to take 50 hits to experience the problem" for themselves before they make good on their promise that "you can bring it back for any reason." I'm not kidding, they will keep you standing around there for five minutes doing nothing but watch them puff on your atomizer and chat with the other customers. After 50 hits go by they don't make good on their promise to return your money and just get it over with to satisfy you as a customer but instead they give you a new coil after you tell them you replaced the coils twice already and had the same problem every time. They still don't take your product back after all this but instead they screw their own new coil into your atomizer so tight that human beings on their own can't take it out. LITERALLY! So you're gonna have to take it back to them for A THIRD TIME after you realize the coil has been tightened to a point that it probably stripped the medal. Supposedly these are "vapor experts" that don't understand you're not supposed to choke the coil screwing it in. So you go back to get some assistance with your ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY DOLLAR purchase for a THIRD time. So the next step is the manager or whoever will decide to take a pair of PLIERS to remove the stuck coil, that they themselves put in too tight. They get the coil out with the pliers but also scratch the paint job on your 60 gallons of gasoline atomizer, I mean $120 purchase! And when you complain to them about the damage they caused right to your face you will have more than one employee blow you off and tell you "it's just the paint". I should have asked for one of their battery/atomizers and scratched theirs with pliers. After all "IT'S JUST THE PAINT!" Remember though... you only get this wonderful service on your fourth or fifth trip to the store. But here's the happy ending! It's the last trip you'll make back to their store, I promise. After your fifth and hopefully final trip, you will finally get your money back and this company will finally honor the lip service of its employees instead of screwing with you further and further. Now, I think my previous review was pretty kind compared to everything that happened. and I appreciate you referencing my review since it will make people go read it. read more

I love this place! These guys are quirky but in an awesome way. Very helpful, talkative, friendly, knowledgable...and that's just the staff! They have a great selection of juice and hardware, a table to sit at in the middle, a comfortable couch area with a TV if that's what you're into, and a huge vape bar with almost too many juice samples to test. I've been going to vape stores in Around Columbus for a few years now. Some of them are decent and have good people in them. Quite a few have borderline rude owners/employees who would rather hang out with their friends then give me good service. Hands down #1 shop in Columbus. Now.... Something is bothering me about these reviews. There was a reviewer called Robert S. who gave a 1 star and a scathing review. He said the place was too smokey, that the employees wouldn't honor a warranty, that the good reviews were from "shills" with only 5 reviews on their record. And, (this one made me laugh haha) that the vapor fog reminded him of all the bacteria being breathed in the air. So I went and checked your profile Mr. Robert, and it seems you only have 13 reviews and 12 of them are 1 or two stars. Tisk tisk, so negative all the time. Perhaps you should see if you are the one getting a little shilly. read more

Was hesitant to look at another store for fluids, and decided since this one was super close to home, to give them a shot. Surprisingly this was a very open and clean store. Was not super busy and prices were good. Selection was awesome. I told the guy working that the normal place I go to, AltSmoke has the brand I buy, but did not have any where close to the different selections Top Notch has. So I will back! Thanks! read more

I never leave reviews but I felt I should leave one here. I have had multiple negative experiences at this place. Turned me away for showing a passport instead of a license even tho I had my license as well. Employees and owners are more strict with identification than any liquor store yet they let their little children run in the store after hours surrounded by a thick cloud of vapor. Never going back again, used to be a regular. read more

Great shop for both juices and devices. Large selection of vg/pg and salt nic juices to sample and choose from. There is a large area to just hangout and get all your questions answered and device managed (I.e. coil changes). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, I'm greeted by 1-3 people every time I walk in; they will even stick with you while you ask questions or try juices. I would highly recommend stopping in if you're in the Columbus area. read more

No customer service. Paid over a hundred dollars for a vape set up less than a week ago. The back won't stay on in my pocket. It's magnetized and when I pull it out the magnet isn't strong enough and always falls off and the batteries fall out hitting the ground. After it damaged the $40 set of batteries I had to buy from hitting the ground, I went to return the vape pen. They treated me like dirt, and that they wouldn't take it back because it wasn't a manufactured problem. To me it's a manufactured problem when the magnet isn't strong enough for everyday use. They'll never get a penny from me ever again, and from the looks of the 3:1 ratio of workers to customer (me) they need every penny they can get. Horrible business practices. read more

Best vape experience in Columbus. They have my business for life. They know what they're talking about. They are super friendly and laid back. Will help you find what you need. And take the time to really explain to you what is best for you. Really good for people just starting and those of you who have been vaping for years. I have never had such good customer service at a vape shop. Worth traveling for. Thank you! You guys are awesome! read more

These guys are super helpful and definitely know about vaping. They helped me solving my RDA poping issue almost instantly. Juices are tasty. Will come back again. read more

Nothing but class. These guys are knowledgeable, carry an impressive array of higher end mods and atomizers and take as long as it takes to make sure you won't regret your purchase. First time in get 10% off, so make sure to mention that. I bought a Deathwish custom Cthulu mod, Vapor gate Mason Dumptank (40mm), 2x 120mL juices, battery cases & custom drip tip. Only thing they didn't have on my list was a nice mid-high end ohm meter & pre-built coils. They don't carry wireshots either. Not a biggie, I have a few shops I know that carry those. 5/5 experience, will definitely go back. Follow them on Facebook to see all the new stuff they're getting in. They're also in the process of opening a second location & integrating a rewards program. Keep up the good stock guys! read more

Harder to buy vape juice from this place than it is to buy alcohol! Even being over 21, my daughter and I still got rushed out. Very rude. And make sure you know what you want, $1 per samples. read more

I'm from out of town and every time I come back to Columbus I always make it a point to stop by top-notch vapor!

Great selection and of ejuces! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice decor and setting. Decent amount of parking as well. Only negative is the shear amount of selection. read more

Again in visiting their store today I was treated with great professionalism and hospitality. Many thanks.

Can I add another 5 stars to my review? Went in last week to buy coils. One of the employees told me to get something different than what I had been using (which was the one that came in my kit. I'm new to all this.) I bought a box of five. Put one in when I got home and HATED it. Used it for a day to see if I'd get used to it and no go. I went back a couple days later. The guy recognized me. I told him that I didn't like the ones he recommended and he immediately handed me a 5 pack of the ones I had been using. I told him I only had 4 in the box I was returning because I had used the one to find out I didn't like it. Despite my objection, he insisted I take the 5 pack. Top notch customer service. (I typed "top notch customer service" then remembered the name of the place is Top Notch Vapor. I was going to change it, but screw it, I'll let the cheesiness stand.) read more

This location really needs to work on their customer service. I went in asking for coils. (New to vaping) didn't know that each tank has specific coils. I've never brought my mod into the store with me. Nore have I ever been asked to grab it. They were rude from the moment I walked into the door. Gonna avoid this store from now on. read more

Great shop. Lots of selections of juices, mods, and tanks. If your in Columbus OH. Stop in. You won't be disappointed. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. read more

Have only had the best experiences at this store. All the sales associates are super friendly and very helpful. When I have run across any issues they have gone above and beyond to help me and keep me satisfied. Possibly the best vape store in Columbus. Huge selection. Can be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and they only sell quality liquid. A+++ Thanks for what you do guys! read more

I have been into a lot of vapor shops in Columbus, this one has been the most impressive so far. The selection of juice is the best and largest I have ever seen, all of them are easy to sample and peruse unlike some shops. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, one staff member took the time to help me with my coil builds by walking me through it step by step, he didn't even charge me for the service. The prices are comparable to other places but the shop is so much cleaner and loses that dark and dingy feeling some vape shops have. This place is a professional business, not a bunch of kids that hang out and sell juice when they want to. Great job top notch, my wife and I will be back for more. read more

Hands down best vape shop in Columbus. Bought a blitz tank the other day and once I got home I found out it was cracked. Any other vape shop I've been to would have to me to get lost and they gave me a brand new one and wrote to their supplier about what happened. Won't be taking my business to any other shop. Also their juice selection is insane. Will recommend to all of my friends. Thanks guys!! read more
