I'll never order from waterbeds n stuff again! They sent me a bong and they didn't send the bowl that comes with it! You can't even use this thing without the bowl. I sent them an email and then they sent me the wrong bowl. I sent them another email and now they're just ignoring me. If you order from them, your order will probably be incomplete and good luck getting them to send you the right parts. They obviously don't care about their customer. read more

I had to pop in here for a couple small items - I haven't been to a Waterbeds n' Stuff in years since I bought wall hangings early into when I was married. I'll be brief - I was in, helped, and out the door with speed and efficiency (which was awesome, I came in post-gym, was sweaty and didn't want to hunt/play games/ask a thousand questions). After getting home and texting my friend, I was informed "you bought the wrong one, go back." ...so I also experienced returns the same day - same woman helped me (and someone else also was there working this time in the evening) - she helped me swap it out and get going, easy peasy. So... it is what it is? I had a good experience. I'll still probably come back for incense and to populate my sons' future dorm rooms/apartments. The door to this two story sticking out in the Sawmill sprawl--like a Flower child sticking out at a bankers convention-- is a portal to another time. Twenty to twenty--that's 2020 outside walking into the last four decade of 20th century inside. It's hard to believe it still is here, that the company hasn't chapter fived, that anyone still shops, that it is even remembered on a daily basis--but for a top rated Online site it might had been. I know I haven't came in a heavy year or two--the last visit was to the dilapidated confines of the blue campus unit somehow not yet erased from all existence like off-campus itself. I don't think I have ever been to this one. But my car was being service at Germaine's and I marched the non-walkable environs here. Whoa, this place is nicely set, merchandized, and clean, surprisingly since often a WNB is messy. In case you never been, Waterbeds N' Stuff is a basic headshop, but it is corporate own as WNS is a chain, and a local part of C-Town counterculture history. The founders, hippies, began selling their 'stuff' wholesales to other biz out of their Columbus studio apartments in 1968. Four years later they bought their biggest customer, a waterbed store, and thus Waterbed N Stuff was born. Now they have 13 location through central Ohio and an Online site. Usually they are as unkempt as a dorm room ( which the store has much to offer) but this one was well organized. As I said the place is really for a student fresh on their own to deck wild a handy-me-down furnished campus apartment or dorm. With lava lamps, joke art, neon junk, Americana icons, tOSU and other school spirit and sports team bling, spirit chasers, tie dyes and rock band tees. Of course here you can get pipes, incense, bongs, vapes, synthetic urine, and detox products. Necklaces, posters, novelties, and adult stuff are here too. Up a wide stairway is a overhang with waterbeds and assorted items. I purchased a tincture of CBD of which the sell the gauntlet of product. I am not impressed, but too each there own. It's a nice walk through of Columbus' countercultural past. read more

I guarantee I have reviewed this before. That's weird. Still, it's a standard Waterbeds and Stuff. Pretty small. Not too many waterbeds anymore. Not as many stickers and things. Lots of T-shirts, lots of vaping stuff, apparently some porn in the back. Pipes and other supplies if you need them. Decor if you want it. Always really good service. A very small lot right off of a very busy road, so be careful. read more

I ordered 2 zepplin pipes expecting the pipes as advertised with wooden tip.I received the all metal pipe. I only ordered the pipes because it had the wood tip very disappointed. I didn't receive what I ordered.i can't even return them because my wife used one before I got home. not knowing it was the wrong one. This was a gift for myself. I don't get many of those. Every single time I come into this store the tall brunette is a rude condescending POS. I don't know if she is a manager or owner but I have had it with her attitude. I have literally been shopping in this store since it opened and never in 30+ years have I had an issue with an employee. Yet EVERY SINGLE time I have an issue with the short haired tall brunette. While I do feel slightly guilty giving a 1 star review for one small aspect of this store, I feel as though it's my Duty. As a long time kratom user, and advocate, I can say, without a doubt, to never come here to purchase kratom. I have bought my powder from MANY places over my 5 year span with kratom and have never seen the markup as high as I have here. It cost me $20 for a .5 oz bag of regular powder. For a reference, what I normally pay for a 1oz bag is $5. Quite the price difference! If you just googled local places to purchase kratom and this place pops up, go else where. read more

This place is pretty cool if you're into novelty junk. Lots of cool furniture too. However most of the stuff here is wayyy over priced. Their incense are three times more expensive than anywhere I've ever been. And the employees follow you around the whole time to make sure you arent stealing which is very annoying. Good shop for gifts. read more

THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Was shown the most attitude ive ever received in any establishment and i just wanted to buy a bean bag. OK, I have mixed feelings about this place. First off, I am reviewing the smoking accessories they sell only. I don't know anyone who owns a waterbed nowadays. It looks like they sell some nice bedroom furniture, I can't really say though. In the back left corner of the store behind a beaded curtain they have all the glass. They have, by far, the biggest selection of Illadelph in Columbus, if that's what you're looking for. The prices are a mixed bag. Some things are a good deal, others are a rip off. The biggest problem with this place is the staff, always lying to you and trying to rip you off. Every Sunday on CD101 during the Island Rhythms show they advertise a 20% off deal for Island Rhythm listeners. The staff will tell you they don't do that anymore, then re-ring up your purchase after you are gone and pocket the 20%. Or....they will tell you it's 5% or 10% instead of 20% off. Who needs that sort of scamming? I suggest snapping a photo of the lying salesperson you encounter and emailing it to their website. Seems like someone, somewhere, would care about this sort of thing. Guessing the ad they pay for each Sunday ain't free. read more
