I called 3X because the unit was leaking...I went IN to the store time and again, each time the mod was taken apart, wiped down and returned to me...(THAT was Advanced Vapor's 'fix')! I came in looking to…read morespend a specific amount of money, and the staff, instead of trying to upsell me or steer me away from sticking to my budget, called the owner of the store and offered me a product that the owner discounted specifically for me and my budget. The staff were kind, and professional; I really felt like they cared about me. Elizabeth, one of the sales staff, treated me as if she and I had been best friends for centuries. She welcomed me into the store with such warmness and kindness. Her cooworker was very friendly with other customers and obviously really cared about meeting their specific needs as well. They followed FDA guidelines strictly, which seemed to be a specific concern for their business operation. I can appreciate and respect that they care enough about their business to protect it by strictly following FDA protocol.
