I came here for the first time today, looked like a nice shop. The space is big and open with lots of racks of juice and a wide selection of devices to choose from. I have a eleaf trim mod that only goes up to 20w and I was looking for a larger tank to go with it. The guy at the counter suggested the tobeco super mini tank and said it should work fine with my device. I bought it, and tried it out and was unhappy to discover it leaked everywhere! I came back in and they said well maybe it was my device or my juice, and that it was "normal" to have juice go in your mouth when you inhale. Um no it's not, but ok then. So I asked for a return and store credit at the least. The guy went and talked to the manager and said sorry nothing we can do. So you sell me a faulty device, try and make up excuses why it doesn't function properly, and then just say sorry too bad? Shops could probably get away with this back in the day, but with so many vape shops around and so many online stores available, customers have too many options to shop at a store with such disregard for the customer. It's sad that a local business would rather lose a customer than even consider giving a partial refund of a measly $20. Is losing a new customer really worth $20 to this shop? What a bad way to run a business. Even if they had zero fault in this situation I would still expect them to try and work with me. It was a jar of flower (14.15 grams of small flower buds) for $100 (on sale). Dude handed me the order in a bag and I didn't notice until I got home that the seal on the jar (the "Void if Seal is Broken" tab) had been ripped through and the lid was loose. I don't know if the brand (RYTHM) typically has an additional seal under the lid but there wasn't anything there. I called the store but no answer and they don't let you leave a message. I checked the weight and it short by about one gram. Assuming they didn't swap out the whole jar with an inferior product, my guess is that somebody helped himself to a free nugget and crossed his fingers that nobody would notice. I'm never going back to Story Cannabis in Dublin (Emerald Parkway). Somebody needs investigated.
