Later when trying to remove the battery, I noticed the small allen head bolt was 'twisted' off. This prevented me from having access to the battery compartment. I immediately went back to the store and explained it to the manager, he said, "we'll take care of this and replace" After a 2 week wait, I was told today that it was my fault, and they could not replace. So much for taking care of a good customer...no offer to help rectify the situation, either.
