I am not here to tear a business down at all but I think it may be time for a different supplier for the flower. Edited - after speaking with the owner we were able to clear things up. He prefers concerns regarding the flower be addressed at the location - understandable. He has also mentioned the particular strain I had was not from his usual supplier.

Great Vapes has good stuff, but as I mentioned in that review, the products are pricey. So she pointed me here, to this High Street storefront south of Valhalla. I've never seen this place crowded, which is good for us. As more dispensaries are coming online competition is increasing and prices are finally coming down. To me Buckeye Relief is one of the premier growers/cultivators in the Ohio program and with BR being their parent company, they have the inside track to keeping a good stock level, so this maybe my go to for BR flower. Their website seems easy to use and appears to be accurate. Their new patient check in and in store check in seems well organized. Their prices are fair and in line with others around the state, but their discount policy is one of the better ones. Will keep coming back.

After waiting in the lobby for 10 more minutes I was let in to the dispensary but informed I did not have an order in the system. There was no way for the cashiers to lookup the previous order and explained that they do not keep orders over night. There is an option on the website for next day pickup so they have a huge error in their system. All of the prices on the items changed and the cashier rudely informed me there was nothing he could do. I left with nothing and will not be returning. Terrible customer service.

It was very thorough and quick. My doctor is Kendra Hill and I've sent friends and family to her since then and she's gotten them signed up. This is an amazing program and it will only keep getting better. If you have questions please message me and I can help in the best way I can. I work within the industry too so I believe I'm able to get a discount when I renew but I'm not entirely sure. I ultimately got my card for PTSD. I had a thorough appointment with her over a video call so I didn't even have to go in and we talked about everything I filled out in the questionnaire and went into more detail. She asked for my medical history. I paid $175 which was discounted from their normal price of $200 and once your doctor gives you your referral then you pay $50 to the Board of Pharmacy and it's all ready to go from there. You can go to dispensaries same day and ask allllll the questions. Ask to be seated in a quiet room if it's too fast paced so you can really understand how your days work and what products may benefit you if you're unsure. You can also ask the check in desks at any dispensary and they should be able to print and laminate your medical card for you while you make a purchase and pick it up in the front when you're done. That way you don't have to pay the $15 to wherever to get a real card made. A laminated free one is just fine and not uncommon at all.

I guess they are suffering for money because there's no other earthly reason that you would call and text someone and also be rude when they ask you about calling them and outside of Legal calling hours and then cancel your appointment. I don't think the FTC is OK with that. There are many other doctors can do the same thing.

Locals Dispensary serves both medical and recreational marijuana patients/customers. Got to be 21 and over Inthink even to enter the building. They even have a drive-thru option which steams Columbus and Ohio. We have drive-thru liquor and wine so this fits right in.
