Great for busy students and business professionals, who do not have the time to go wait in line and deal with the impersonal computer repair centers. Both times that I have used Friendly Computers, Marty, was my personal repair guru. He saved my life, at least academically, by getting my computer functioning again after an episode with the "blue screen of death" which nearly deleted my entire hard drive and the whole quarter-worth of work, lucky for me Marty saved the day as well as most of my hard drive! I then took the computer to The Computer Store. They told me that it would be very unusual for the computer screen to be defective. The did diagnostic testing at no charge and determined that it was just the LCD cable. They repaired my computer in a very reasonable time and chaged $100 less than MicroCenter ($150 less if the diagnostic charge is included). I will definately be taking my computer to The Computer Store for any repairs and would highly recommend them.
