Wagner noticed that we had had the bed for only a short time and seemed sincerely sympathetic for our loss. It was hard to wait a week for the pick up (only done on Mondays, according to Dasco) but the delivery was made very quickly.

    I sprained my ankle and went to Vanderbilt's orthopedic clinic. They gave me a boot. They did not…read moretell me it would be billed serperatetly as all my billing comes from MyHealth. They did not tell me to return it if there was a problem within 30 days. And since I was moving with a sprained ankle it was not my first priority.. The boot immediately caused a severe allergic reaction with blisters and a rash. All of a sudden I'm getting texts from a company I have never heard of with links I'm instructed to open, something we all know we are not supposed to do. Finally I searched online to see who was texting me and found out it was a medical equipment company. Put two and two together. Called them (DASCO). I said I had not received a bill and gave them my current address. I wanted to return the equipment as it didn't help me but made me sicker. I still have not received a bill, just more texts and called them, and though I updated my address, they still didn't have that either. I think both VANDERBIlt and DASCO have serious communication issues. I felt initially it was VANDERBILT'S problem for not telling me about the source and that if I had any issues to return it before 30 days. and that it would be billed serperately. And then being unwilling to moderate the problem they have caused, but also since communicating with DASCO, and giving them new address info weeks ago and they still don't have it and haven't sent a bill, think it's system wide. I should not have to pay for a device that made me sicker and now DASCO are harassing me by text and not being faithful to send an invoice to my address. And telling me I'll have to drive 40 minutes (80 round trip) to Mount Juliet to ask them if they will credit my "bad" boot. YIKES. This is why people are becoming medically avoidant.
