My DVD RW was no longer working. Our business relies on being able to pass along information - pictures - reports etc. and Rob came by, replaced the drive and hooked everything back up, all while I was out of the office on a weekend. My hard drive now works well but it still does not charge correctly after having it in to the tech shop twice for that problem. I can't play games that I did before the hard drive was replaced either. I guess I just need a new computer which I cannot afford because they cant find out why it does not charge correctly at times. read more
