He saw the number of items we had and was told exactly where the truck would need to park. Despite this, when it came time to settle the bill, the movers claimed the quote only included FIVE boxes--when in reality they moved well over 100--and that the walking distance was underestimated (100ft vs. 300ft). A two bedroom apartment with only five boxes? Seriously?! They tried to up charge us by more than $700 at the very last second, after everything was already off the truck. When I called Ramon, he was nothing like the friendly guy who came out originally. Instead, he acted clueless, dismissive, and nothing like the guy I first met. On top of that, once we started unpacking, we realized some boxes were missing entirely, and our beige couch had been delivered with stains. They had wrapped the mattresses, but not the couch--an obvious oversight. When I complained, they offered me a laughable $50 credit. After pushing back, they grudgingly increased it to $100, which doesn't even begin to cover the hassle and damage. Between the attempted last-minute price gouging, the lost boxes, the damaged furniture, and the dismissive attitude, I would never use this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

As a 1.5 car garage, that .5 is taken up by outdoor furniture and misc items. After today, a lot of the misc items are gone. I filled out the online form and was very specific about the items I needed gone. Within minutes I received a phone call from Ryan to confirm my appointment. He explained I'd get a phone call about 20 minutes beforehand and asked if I had availability before the appointment in case they were early. I received a text about 30 minutes beforehand and then received a phone call from one of the hauling staff about 10 minutes later. Upon arrival, I showed Caleb which items needed to be removed and was shown the price sheet. At that point, the second gentleman showed up in his truck. I didn't feel pressure to say yes. I honestly had no idea what the cost would be. I assumed it would be less than hiring a dumpster for the day and trying to do it myself. Or hiring a dumpster and day labor for an hour. It was on the low end of what I'd budgeted/thought it would be so I was happy with the $258 price. The broken lawn furniture, the drywall, etc was all gone in 45 minutes. Caleb and his partner were polite, and professional.

Horrid. Not only did they under quote by more than half. It took them 12 hours to move a 4 bedroom…read more Never in my life has a move ever took that long and never have we ever hired help prior. They scratched items, broke items, moved like snails, smoked in the truck (we're nonsmokers). They are a very unprofessional bunch. I wouldn't use them to move a rock from my yard........ So it all started when we were moving from our old place to our new location. We looked into local movers to help save costs being there is nothing cheap about moving. So there were a few companies that made the list. And well we pulled the trigger on one. So the day of moving they showed up an hour and a half before the truck ever showed and just second handled the boxes in our garage to the middle of our driveway. The job was supposed to start at 8:30am, but the truck showed up at 10am. Wasting away this time I thought well they aren't off to a good start. As time continued on, it happened more and more. One of the guys left at 2pm. They smoked inside the back of the truck and we are non-smokers. The "packer" was too short so she constantly needed one of the taller guys to help making the job take longer while she merely said put that box here, now put that box there. As time progressed on and we zoomed right past the quote of five hours with ease I told the family that we should help as they charge hourly and evidently are incompetent to complete this on their own. Twelve, yes I said twelve hours later it was done. That's not all. To expedite them on their way not only did we help, but our garage was packed with boxes instead of the boxes going to the rooms to speed things up. What have I learned? Well for starters small local movers are a JOKE!!! I would stick with the big known companies that back their work. If you are seeking local help, you're better off telling some friends you will pay them a fraction of what you would pay the movers and you would probably reap better results. Scratchfree movers, broke a few items some sentimental items from 2014, some keepsake items from our vacation places that one of our kids had and loved, plus they also scratched the table by using it as a table for more items, they also nicked the walls in two areas of the house we are in. Not to mention the conversations we had with "the owner" who was Chris, but yet spoke about himself in third person. He offered a free move and when I moved to counter him with a more appealing offer of 25% back to us. He wouldn't accept claiming he would take a business loss, because the move should have cost between two and three thousand dollars. Hmmmm, that's funny, that is a higher price than two men and a truck quoted us and they would have done the job with integrity, honor, essence of time, care, and most of all a high level of customer service. Oh by the way check out the address. 198 Grand Circuit Blvd, an apartment complex...... If you thought about using them and still are, DO NOT DO IT!!!!
