Can you give aero stars?!? These folks are straight thieves, despite my request for an in person…read morefitting they mail me a machine, of course nothing fits and it doesn't work. They make you physically bring the machine back to them, and have no locations near our home. They then bill me for over $500.00 to try their machine, which doesn't work, but I have to pay them for it? If I bought the same machine at Walmart Best Buy, etc., there would have been no charge! What makes DASCO different? They tell us when a machine is returned even if brand new can't be used again, are we serious?? This company is scum, they aren't in it to help people, it's purely profit, and I will continue to do everything I can to expose this awful companies billing practices and outright theft of the consumer! This place should be fined, a class action lawsuit should be filed, what they are doing is criminal!

Back in February, I had a dental procedure that prevented me from using my CPAP. I called Dasco to ask about insurance compliance. The compliance department representative told me that my insurance did not require compliance records. A couple of months later, I noticed I was being charged more than usual. After reviewing my EOB, I saw clear issues and called Dasco again. This time, I spoke with a supervisor in compliance who openly admitted she wasn't sure how to handle the situation. She said she didn't think compliance was required but would verify and call me back. A week passed with no response. When I called again, I learned that Dasco does not provide direct lines, so I couldn't reach the same supervisor. That day, I spoke with five different people. Another representative told me there was no compliance requirement--making it three employees who gave me the same (incorrect) answer. The final person I spoke with, who wasn't even in the compliance department, told me the previous information was wrong and that my insurance does require compliance. Today, I received a voicemail from Dasco that was difficult to understand, and it sounded like it came from a large call‑center environment. At this point, I have no confidence in their customer service or their ability to manage insurance requirements accurately. Reasons to avoid Dasco: No direct lines, making it impossible to follow up with the same person. Staff--including supervisors--appear unfamiliar with insurance compliance requirements. Customers get passed from person to person without resolution. Customer service appears to rely heavily on outsourced call‑center operations, making communication inconsistent.
