I'm not sure what's going on at this store but apparently something is happening with ownership or management. It took us almost 3 hours to get assistance to buy a walker. Another poor lady was there for 4 hours!! When she asked if there was anyone who could help all of us who were waiting, his response was "Unfortunately we're very shorthanded at this time. Everyone either got fired or quit". The young man who works there is extremely kind, is very knowledgeable and, I'm assuming, is the manager. And if he's not the manager, he should be!! I would recommend coming here because they have a good selection of inventory but make sure to get the young man to help you...he's awesome!! read more

They are very friendly, polite, and professional here, I walked in only knowing I needed a seat cushion for my sons wheelchair, I didnt have the exact measurement, they had a wheelchair similar to my sons, and they were able to find the perfect cushion that fit our needs. This store amazes me! They have everything that you may want or need for taking care of someone that has difficulty moving or special supplies they may need. We first went to the store to see if we could get the brakes on Johns walker adjusted. They were able to doo that rather quickly. Then I started to roam around the store, I saw a cup holder to put on his walker! We had been trying to figure out a way to hold a drink for him instead of me carrying it! That was another great find. Since our first visit we have been here many times. I was able to purchase a new cane for myself and a big ice pack to use for my back. We went about six weeks ago to get a four legged cane so he can use it in the house to allow him to be steady as he walks through. This visit was for elastic shoe strings. There are two new adorable puppies living at my moms house and we discovered quite by accident that they love to chew on elastic shoe strings! Thankfully Advanced Medical Supply has them! Do not go there. All I needed was compression stockings for Lymphedema. Was measured. They were the wrong size. I could tie them in a knot and put them up my crotch .Reply: sorry you can't return even 2 unused stockings. Ordered my last 2 pairs covered by insurance. Got remeasured by request.
