Another poor lady was there for 4 hours!! When she asked if there was anyone who could help all of us who were waiting, his response was "Unfortunately we're very shorthanded at this time. Everyone either got fired or quit". The young man who works there is extremely kind, is very knowledgeable and, I'm assuming, is the manager. And if he's not the manager, he should be!! I would recommend coming here because they have a good selection of inventory but make sure to get the young man to help you...he's awesome!!

Cornerstone Medical provides a variety of medical services. I have been my Mom's full-time care…read moregiver. She has had to use their oxygen services and supplies for the last two and a half years. Their oxygen products are good. Their services ... potentially fatal. We have had miscommunications, conflicting information and incomplete deliveries in the past off and on. Billing has been accurate for the most part, but within the past year they switched it. I finally caught that they had incorrectly typed mom's email address into a new online system which caused missed electronic messages regarding invoices. They also converted folks over to electronic instead of paper invoices without notice. The failure to notify may have been due to incorrectly entering mom's email address into their system. Once caught the issue and had rectified, billing has since been fine. We have also had issues with receiving oxygen supplies. None of that has been really critical. Either we received supplies we did not order or were missing components that we had ordered and would have to call back again. Other times, they would simply send extras, but I was always able to use those up. Regardless, this is indicative of a careless operation. Last night, however, could have been fatal. Mom needs constant oxygen due to her COPD. Her oxygen concentrator malfunctioned around 12:30 in the morning. Part of Cornerstone's service is to provide 24 hour emergency service for their oxygen. I am grateful that I had a couple small spare tanks for emergency or short travel to appointments. I contacted their night service to report the issue. The person answering the phone said she would "send the information up." I did not hear from Cornerstone until six hours later. Some emergency service! The short tank did not have enough oxygen for that length of time. Fortunately, in some sense, I had just enrolled my Mom with hospice this week. I called them shortly after I had reported the issue to Cornerstone to make them aware of the situation. Hospice had a new replacement oxygen concentrator out to us within 30 minutes. Cornerstone had always promised us there was 24 hour emergency service and would be out right away. When Cornerstone did finally call me to ask what was going, six hours later, I again explained what happened. While the representative was horrified, she blamed an answering service. I don't care what the reason was. It would potentially be fatal, if it was not for hospice. Prior to last night, I probably would have given Cornerstone three stars. After last night, Cornerstone does not even deserve one star. There are other oxygen service providers in the Columbus area. Use them.

The two in the room laughed. I called the owner and immediately he says I was mistaken because he and the woman were the only people working. He was lying because he wasn't there when I checked out and there was another person working behind the counter. I received no apologies and he was not polite. We have been doing business with them for years. It has a newer owner. Then he tells me he would check the video I received no call back nor an explanation about this, just I was wrong. Never an offer to show me his proof/video. Don't do business with them because they will mock and make fun of you behind your back. Probably sharing my private information, which is against the law!
